This home is waterfront and includes all utilities, Smart TV and WiFi.

This is a 1 Bedroom ground floor unit in our WaterFront Home with a Large 70" Smart TV, King size bed, Water front Deck, and Charcoal Barbecue Pit in our fenced in yard - which is perfect for your pet or kids to run and play!

We have a full size kitchen for all your cooking needs. Our full bathroom features a combination bathtub and shower. We have a central heating and cooling system for year round comfort.

High Speed Fiber optic internet works excellent for any remote work or streaming needs.

Parking is right outside your door.

We have hardwood floors, and of course, we are pet friendly.

Not whats listed

Pictures were accurate for the "apartment" that was listed as a stand alone house. Playground for dogs was not fenced in by gates. Water access and pier listed was non existent. Pier/deck over water was once standing however, now all the boards are on the shoreline/beach area. Loose boards with nails piled on shoreline. Parking is TIGHT and only 4 very tight spots for vehciles. 1 parking spot is used by owner who lives upstairs of the apartments. I have pictures if needed.

Perhaps reading the description could have assisted you in understanding our multi unit property. Also, we have parking for 7 vehicles, provided you have an understanding of how best to park. It would have been beneficial for you to contact the host on site and ask questions. Our one bedroom apartment is very nice and we are very proud to offer it to our guests.

This is a family enterprise and as such we are happy to open our home to families and smaller groups that are traveling or seeking to enjoy our beautiful beaches. No parties are allowed or tolerated. We do have neighbors close by and everyone is entitled (by law) to the "quiet enjoyment" of their homes - including you as our guest. Please respect your neighbors. Any parties will be immediately shut down and evicted with the full forfeiture of all monies paid as well as the security deposit.
