Enjoy a private furnished balcony, a full kitchen and access to a shared heated community pool, open year-round. The beach is about one mile away. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Primary bedroom: one king bed and ensuite bathroom Second bedroom: one queen bed Third bedroom: two separate twin beds Living room: queen-size sleeper sofa COMFORTS OF HOME Settle into the open living and dining area, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or start your morning at the coffee station. High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TVs, an electric fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are provided for families. BALCONY & SHARED POOL Relax on the private balcony with pool and resort surroundings. The small shared community pool is heated and open year-round, with posted hours of 8 AM-10 PM. Access is subject to community rules, weather and maintenance. LOCATION & PARKING Explore Myrtlewood golf, Broadway at the Beach, local restaurants, shopping and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. The beach is about one mile from the condo; a car is recommended. Two complimentary unassigned parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted. KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK The condo is on the third floor, reached by stairs; there is no elevator. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Keyless entry and a wall-mounted digital guest guide provide convenient access to house information and local recommendations. Please bring separate beach towels; bath towels stay in the condo. PETS & HOUSE RULES Up to two pets are welcome with prior approval. Declare pets in your booking and review the pet fees shown in your quote and house rules. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside or on the balcony; violations may incur the existing $500 fee and additional cleaning or damage charges. Quiet hours are 9 PM-9 AM. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Early check-in or late checkout requires prior written approval.
