A comfortable queen-bed in a private bedroom and a pull out sleeper-sofa. A great space is perfect for family getaways. A partition dividing the den and kitchen area. Easy access walking to Chair-3 as well as local cuisine at Jack Sprat and The Bake Shop.

The bed was super comfortable. The condo complex is older (70’s I would guess), but the interior of the condo was well maintained and quite large for a 1b1b.

Cozy, Scenic, and Perfectly Convenient

Our April ski vacation, as Orlando, FL residents, was elevated to extraordinary by this private, scenic, cozy and incredibly convenient condo where the owner's pride in their property was evident.It was instantly clear this condo was a labor of love. The warm, welcoming interior reflected great care, with thoughtfully chosen mountain-chic décor creating an cozy ambiance. It sparkled with cleanliness, and the owner's attention to detail shone through in flawless presentation of the space. The open layout was both stylish and functional, featuring a pristine and fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a joy, complete with thoughtful extras like spices and cookware.The condo's large windows framed stunning views snow-draped peaks and evergreens, a testament to the owners' commitment to showcasing Girdwood's natural beauty. The bedroom and bath were impressive, with high quality linens and a comfortable bed.Convenience was seamless, with the condo's prime location just minutes from Alyeska Resort and steps from the ski lift, the Sitzmark and shuttle stop. The owner's pride extended to their exceptional hospitality, providing prompt communication, local recommendations, and thoughtful touches like extra blankets and family games.This condo isn't just a rental - it is a cherished property, lovingly maintained and thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable stay. The owner's care made our Girdwood escape truly special, and we cannot wait to return.

Central, convenient unit

Comfortable and quiet, the unit is only a few steps from great food and great hiking. Everything on site for cooking, including a very quiet dishwasher. I love that there is an in-unit washer and dryer for longer stays. The owner was incredibly helpful; I can definitely see coming back in the winter.

Condo for all Seasons

Very nice well appointed end unit first floor condo. Spacious open floor plan. Very clean with little wear and tear. Easy access to hiking and skiing, Close view of Alyeska with parking right outside. We enjoyed the tasteful ski motif making the condo warm and inviting. We would definitely recommend.

Great condo near lifts

I stayed w my 16y/o son and we had a great time. This is a very clean, nice, bigger condo near the lifts and restaurants. Host was very responsive, answered all of my questions and provided a number of good tips. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again. 5 Stars!!

Location!

Great location. Walking distance to chair 3, sitz and Jack sprats. It was much bigger than we expected and loved the view of the mountain. Bring ear plugs as it’s a ski condo and you can hear the neighbors upstairs. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place in a great location.

The host was very helpful throughout the entire process. Living room divider was a nice feature giving privacy for the sleeper sofa. Very convenient access to the slopes as well as bar/restaurant. Enjoyable stay

Wonderful place!

We enjoyed the condo! It was bigger than we expected. The location was perfect and close walking distance to the restaurants and mountain. We highly recommend it! Our host was great at responding to any of our questions about the location.

Great location and apartment has everything you’ll need. Very clean! My kids loved that the host left use cookies to make in the fridge as a surprise! We had an awesome experience here!
