Our condo is located in Gulf Shores, in the Fort Morgan region, which is about a 15-20 min drive from center of town. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Our coffee bar is equipped with a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The living room has a 55" smart TV and a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen bed and features a 43" smart TV with an adjoining master bath. The guest bedroom also has a smart TV. The condo will comfortably sleep 6 people. Although we are not directly facing the gulf, you can enjoy beautiful gulf views from the living room, master bedroom, & balcony that has comfortable furniture to relax in! The condo is not equipped with a washer and dryer, but a coin laundry facility is available on the same floor. Ice and vending machines are located on the first floor. Our family-friendly resort is gated and has 24-hour security.

Enjoy tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, putting green, horseshoe pits, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, BBQ area, on-site Sassy Bass restaurant with outdoor seating & bar, on-site laundry facilities and more! Also located in the Gulf Shores Plantation resort is Kiva Dunes, rated #1 public golf course in Alabama. Kiva Dunes also has an onsite restaurant. We are only a few minutes from the Fort Morgan Historic Site, the Dauphin Island Ferry, Ft. Morgan Marina, Ft. Morgan Boat Launch, Tacky Jack's, and the new Jesse's restaurant coming soon! Short drive to the Hangout in Gulf Shores, the Wharf in Orange Beach, OWA in Foley (with the indoor water park Tropic Falls), and Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley. Our little piece of heaven has something for every member of the family!
