Come experience breathtaking panoramic views from this meticulously updated 2-bedroom/2-bath condo on the fourth floor of Plantation Palms Resort in Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores, Alabama. The spacious balcony offers a perfect vantage point to savor the direct gulf-front views. This unit has undergone a complete transformation with granite countertops in the fully appointed kitchen, and a host of new features including tile and plank flooring throughout, appliances, furniture, paint, WIFI and in-unit laundry. Enjoy peace of mind with onsite property management and 24-hour gated security. Indulge in the wealth of amenities designed for pure relaxation and comfort.

Unit features: 4th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 8'x23' balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has two twin beds. Living Room has a full size sleeper sofa. Dining room table seats 4 + 3 stools for counter seating. Balcony has 6 outdoor chairs, coffee table and high top table.

Appliances: 3 TV's, washer/dryer, conventional oven with smooth top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Keurig Coffee maker & grinder, toaster, blender, crockpot and mixer.

Please see the resort map in the photo section, which outlines the 3 properties that make up Gulf Shores Plantation Resort, all just steps from the beach with easy on-site parking for up to 2 vehicles. . As a guest, you will have access to all property amenities: 8 pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, BBQ and picnic table areas, tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts, shuffle board, horseshoe pits, putting green, fitness facility with sauna, Sassy Bass restaurant & bar, and Shelah's Coffee & Ice Cream Shop, and on site self-serve ice service to fill coolers. Water activities and beach service are also available - located at teh end of the Resort's boardwalk.

***Please note: Parking fees of $35 per car per stay are not included in rental rates and are collected at time of arrival by our 24x7 security.***

Handicap accessible property with smooth surfaces to thoroughly enjoy the entire property: elevators, ample concrete walkways and patios, wood boardwalk to beach with no steps.

Take advantage of the proximity to Kiva Dunes golf course, conveniently located next door, as well as many area attractions: historic Fort Morgan landmark, Mobile Bay, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, fishing & dolphin watching charters, USA Water Amusement Park, and plenty of local restaurants, shopping and conveniences just minutes away. A short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.

Pensacola or Mobile Airports are recommended for tenants flying in.

Lovely location

Loved our stay! Not too long of a walk to the beach, with a maintained boardwalk. Pool and hot tub were also easy access and well maintained. The condo had a great view of the gulf. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Excellent two bed condo!

The condo was clean.Very nice decor. We loved the well stocked kitchen. They had everything we needed.We are seniors so we enjoyed the balcony. Starr the owner was so nice and kept in touch with us.We had beautiful weather for the 10 days we were there. I would rent again from them.

Perfect Family Vacation

Both the condo and property are amazing for a family vacation. Condo was in great condition and met all our needs as a family. Both beach and pool access couldn’t be easier. Amazing Accomodations

Property just as described. Furnished with quality furniture that made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there's even sand toys for those traveling with kids. The property manager was fabulous and kept in constant communication before, during, and after stay.

Anniversary trip

Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained condo with amazing views of the Gulf. Linens were in abundance and all furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our hostess thoughtfully communicated with us before, during and after our stay. We look forward to returning to this unit.
