Kick back and relax in this calm 1b/1b stylish private space. Minutes from downtown Milton, FL and Blackwater State Park- offering kayaking, fishing & tubing. Beach’s are a 45 min drive south to Navarre Beach or 30m to Pensacola Beach! This is a home with an attached private room for rent. You do not have to go through owners space to access room. Room has private, driveway access. Owners have children and two dogs in their own separate fenced area in the back yard with pool and hot tub access. Guests have their own pet fence area.

We had a wonderful stay! The apt was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for us and our pups— very pet-friendly and comfortable. The location was great, and the space felt like home. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The property was bigger than it seems in pictures which was a huge plus for us (3 adults) with 2 of us having mobility issues we had plenty of room to move around and especially the shower stall which had a nice convenient built-in seat

Wonderful experience

I was traveling to Milton with my daughter and wanted somewhere close to my family that lives there - there's not much in the way of hotels in a close distance, so i was happy to find this space! The space is clean, comfortable, and has all the things you might need for your stay. Rebecca was very quick to answer any questions, and maintains the space immaculately. I would highly recommend to anyone else, and should we find ourselves back this way, we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Skate competition

This was my first time staying in something other than a hotel. You can tell that Rebecca takes great care of the place. I had a couple questions as it was my first time using VRBO, and Rebecca got back to me within minutes. I was in the area for a pretty long speed skating competition, and it was incredibly relaxing to come back here after a long day of racing. I will absolutely be booking again if I am back in the area. Thank you so much!

Memory Lane Visit

Unplanned visit for business and Cozy was the perfect place! Quiet, gated place for my dog, comfortable, clean and host was friendly and welcoming. Storm came through one night and Becky assured me of safety and updated me on conditions. I would definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

Great place to relax

This was a wonderful place to come to every evening to relax and unwind after a full day of activities. I was here for my son’s winging ceremony and wanted a place close to where he is living. This was perfect! - 1 mile as the crow flies or 2 miles on roads by car. It was a great place for me. Thank you!

Comfortable Accommodations

The rental was comfortable, clean and in a very convenient location, with easy access to shopping. We particularly appreciate that it is pet friendly. When visiting family in the area, we will definitely book this rental again.

I'm a mom, military spouse and now business partner of a renovation/remodel company, which keeps me very busy. We have traveled the globe and found ourselves in Florida for the last leg of our military adventure. I'm settled and now a proud property owner. I personally maintain and manage my property.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Due to family moving out we now have extra space available. This is a home with a private room blocked off from the rest of the house with its own full bathroom and private laundry. Guests will have access to fenced back yard for pets. Owners live here and have two children and two medium size dogs. The dogs have their own separate fenced off area so as not to impede on guests. There is no smoking in the room, there is a space outside with seating area to smoke and no events or private parties on the property.
