The spacious three bedroom home has two bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, and features a fenced in backyard with a sandbox to keep the little ones happy. This home is minutes from the airport, shopping, and restaurants, and offers ease of access to downtown and beaches.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at the Comfy home. It was a great location for us. We had our dog with us & it was a good neighborhood to walk her. There was not any traffic & the neighborhood had street lights. It was 20 minutes to the beach, other activities & restaurants. Overall a nice, quiet place to relax.

Great, peaceful stay!

Property was in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and inviting. Beds were super comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet and safe

This place was in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe there. This was the 1st time I stayed in a vacation home. So, I didn’t realize we were supposed to hit the lock button when we left for the day. The beds were okay, pillows were pretty flat. Master bathroom was quite small. So my daughter and I bickered over the other one. There were some sharp stickers embedded in the carpet in the bedrooms. This might be a Florida thing, and from the lawn. Electric outlets were old and some didn’t work. We didn’t need the washer or dryer. But, it was several days before I realized they were in a room that you had to access from the patio outside. Also, walking around to the front door from the parking area was across the lawn. So, it would have be easy to trip or get your foot caught in a divet at night. But, we had a great stay, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and really everything we needed. We were happy there and would be likely to stay again.

So, they took two tiny one-bedroom apartments and opened the doors to their new adventure. Those two tiny apartments quickly grew to what is now more than 25 houses, apartments, and condos in Pensacola, and Fort Walton Beach. Today's Screaming Reel Properties is now run by the entire family. Brother Cary and his wife Debbie joined the team in 2021 to make it a true family business and will all be looking forward to sharing another Beautiful Day in Paradise with you!
