Excellent stay. Website description is spot on. Area is quiet and convenient to food, shopping and services. The home is very new and all appliances are new. And, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee pods, a few snacks, and on and on were provided. We were in town for a family reunion which was about 5 minutes away, so very convenient. Mr. Wiggins quickly responded to my messages, which were based on my lack of memory and nothing about the rental, because it was great.

Clean, comfortable, and responsive

In town for a relative’s birthday with my young family. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed to take care of and entertain the kids. Owner was very responsive before and during our stay.

Family Reunion in Molino

We had everything we needed to quick prep some food to take to our family reunion. We were also grateful for the extra time we spend with a favorite aunt and uncle who stayed with us at the home.

Vacation & Son Graduation!!!!!!!

This was a excellent stay. You will love the area and it close to restaurants and Walmart Supermarket. When I'm in the area again I will be booking this place. It was nice and clean. Have a beautiful screened in back porch. The owner is very nice and understandable. Had no problems at all with the property. If you book this place you will not be disappointed. You will not want to leave this place.

Perfect home away from home

Not a huge house not a small house. In the center of everything right by 9 mile road. If I have to rent again I would. Clean house excellent response from the owner.. not a problem at all I will be back

Perfect little house for 5 or less.

Clean, well appointed, modern. Pool or outdoor games would be a great addition. Dishwasher did not seem operational.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained, clean except for dust on ceiling fans but I know how frequently used fans can collect dust, and had all that we needed. We were in town for my granddaughter’s soccer tournament and the house was 5 minutes from the park. Loved sitting on the back screened in porch and enjoying the quiet surroundings without the bugs. We will definitely stay again should the opportunity arise.
