Welcome to our beautiful upstairs getaway! Condo1 is perfect for two (2) guests (1) child located in the scenic, historic district of Old Homosassa. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We offer a king size bed, fold out loveseat bed, breakfast nook, waterfall shower, jacuzzi tub and more. It is located next door to the Yulee Sugar Mill Historic Ruins Monument and the Museum Cafe'. Also within a mile of the Condo is waterfront entertainment, Tiki Bars, Restaurants, live music and boat ramps, are abound for your entertainment. The Homosassa Wildlife Park is also located two miles from the condo. It is the only place in the world where you are allowed to interact with the manatees in the natural springs. The condo provides a romantic setting with a jacuzzi tub and waterfall shower for honeymooners and anniversary celebrations. The whole upstairs loft and downstairs breezeway is available for the guests vacation needs. The upstairs studio like Condo is within 1 hour from Tampa and Orlando.

Great location and nice place to stay.

The property was as described and a great location. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The property is located next to the Old Mill which made it very convenient for grabbing a bite to eat and a few cold ones. I would definitely stay again. As a matter of fact, I am booked for the end of June.

Great little place. Exceptionally clean. Great communication with the property owner. Nice bar right next door. Friendly food truck! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a long weekend away in this cozy studio just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. The burger stand downstairs is a must try as well! Made our trip to Homosassa a comfortable trip!

Loved the place , Great for a couple !! The bar is next door but the band is gone by 10 , we actual loved the bar being there good food and great atmosphere! We will definitely rent again . Host was easy to get ahold of .

great spot

Neil was awesome to deal with. Studio was perfect for what we needed - super clean , cold AC and a comfy bed. A great place to stay for a few nights on fishing or scalloping trips , walk to an ice cold beer and the best wings in FLA , and two minutes to the marinas.
