Relax at this quiet, waterfront 1-bed/1-bath home featuring a full kitchen, comfortable living area, private screened-in porch, and in-unit laundry. Enjoy peaceful canal views right from your porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwind time. There’s plenty of parking available for cars and trailers, and you can cook up your fresh catch on the charcoal grill.

Bring your kayak, paddleboard, or small boat! The property offers easy water access, though please note the shallow water and low bridge (~6 ft clearance) limit access for large boats or vessels with tall tops, towers, or windshields. Flats boats, jon boats, surface drives, jet skis, and canoes are ideal. A small on-site boat ramp makes launching simple.

You’ll also love the location—just 200 ft from The Freezer and close to The Shed, Monkey Bar, and other popular local spots. Perfect for a relaxing waterfront stay with convenience at your doorstep.

We were able to get both sides of the duplex for this trip. Both sides have it's own unique style. Both clean and comfy. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely continue to look for this property during our trips to Homosassa!

Clean, easy check in, accurate listing except the grill was not ready to go, easy to communicate with Sam, great location able to get small boat in canal. Overall great stay.

Great Stay

The house is ideal for two people. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The owner was responsive to our request for help connecting to the internet and immediately sent his property manager, Jenna, to resolve the issue. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay

We had such a great time in Homosassa. Everything was very clean and tidy, we felt very comfortable and the house is beautiful. Everything was very private and we had a direct view on the lake from our very cosy backyard. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back one day.

Wonderful Place to Vacation

We checked into this place and the maid had somehow missed cleaning it. However, the owner was super responsive and corrected it immediately. The location and place was perfect for us. It was in old Florida with access to the river, bike trails and walking distance to a terrific restaurant called the Freezer. We kayaked with the manatees, bike road on trails nearby and ate fantastic seafood. We LOVED this place and all of the location's charm.

Wonderful place

Tastefully updated, no issues. Very nice property at the end of a culdesac. Perfect location to paddle or walk to some local restaurants and sites of interest, while remaining of the beaten path. I will be returning, had a wonderful time.

Nice remodel!

Nicely updated duplex. Dead end road, quiet spot. Deck and screens are hopefully the next remodel. Other than that a perfect spot to spend time in Homosassa

Home Away From Home

Everything about this stay was just amazing. The home was beautiful and spacious for the 2 of us. Absoluetly relaxing and breathtaking, sit on the back patio and watch the wildlife visit the canal. Washer and Dryer on site, thank god! Fire pit by the water and deck out back. Our host Sam was quick with responses and pleasant. 5 star spot for us, no doubt. The shrimp at the Freezer and Crump's Landing is a must. Definitely will keep this duplex in mind on our next trip!
