Hi Bella, We would like to remind you this review is supposed to be more about the home itself, and the home is lovely! We do use automated system to release check in details after payment is processed, it works perfectly fine when you provide valid card details. We had no idea what was going on with your card, and even you admitted it was your responsibility to check on it. The first time you called I was driving and assured you you will be helped as soon as I get to my computer. We helped you out and you sounded pleased. The communication app itself is a bit clumsy and it does delay messages sometimes, however, you had our direct number as well, we pick up the phone 100% of the times and respond very quickly to messages. Once we realised there was a bit of a delay with the app we encouraged you to contact us directly, just as you did for the payment. Apologies for any inconvenience, we hope you have enjoyed your time!
