The property was just as described. It had beautiful views of the Konab Mountains from almost every room in the house and a wonderful outside patio area that we watched every sunrise and sunset from. The property was clean and has all the amenities and then some. The location allowed us to visit numerous national parks and was very near to the center of Konab, which offered grocery stores, restaurants and gift shops. Our stay was even better than we anticipated. Definitely 5 stars!

Great base camp for a fun week in the desert

Super comfortable accommodation, in a great location for visiting Zion, Bryce, Page and all points in between. Nice walking/biking trails right from the house for quick after dinner or before breakfast warmups. House has most everything you need to feel at home.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY

House was lovely and well appointed. Kitchen had all we needed to cook a full-on Thanksgiving meal. Plenty of towels, pillows, throws, tvs. And lots of hangers! You don't realize how much you want hangers until you stay someplace that doesn't have enough! The view was spectacular. La Estancia is a great location and a secure development. Lots of walking and hiking outside the door. Communicating with the owner was easy and response was fast. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views

This property best feature is the amazing views from the backyard. Comfortable chairs and tables in the backyard to enjoy the view. We had a family of deer walk through the backyard around sunset. The house was exactly as represented in the listing. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean. We stayed here because it is one hour from Zion Park, and 90 minutes from Bryce Park. The town of Kanab is a short five minute drive to a number of great restaurants. The host was communicative and answered all questions. We would definitely return back to stay here.

Exceptional house in Kanab.

Are 6 stars possible? Well, they should be. The house is nothing short of perfect, everything in absolute immaculate new or like-new condition. Wonderful and reliable communication with the host. Nice pool area in the HOA, even a pickleball court is available. We loved the quiet evenings, looking at the mountains. Perfect base to explore the canyons! We loved staying here.

Great property

My wife and I stayed at this property. It was our third trip to the area. This is definitely the place we want to stay our next trip. Kanab is a great place to base out of. There are so many things to do and see within an hour or so. This house worked perfect for us. The location is great. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The views are amazing from the back patio, it was relaxing having coffee in the morning and a few cocktails after a day of exploring. We will definitely book here again

Perfect location for our agenda. Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon and Page. The home is lovely and in a beautiful setting. I appreciate the garbage bags, soap, toliet paper, body wash etc. this frees up some time for not having to shop for all that ! Beautiful backyard. We also walked the trail just down the street. Lovely quiet neighborhood!

Beautiful Home with Stunning Location

The house is beautifully decorated. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. Plenty of amenities and bathroom space. The outdoor patio with its spectacular view is the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Southwest Vacation to Zion Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful rental with wonderful backyard. It was the perfect location. Very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful House and Property. Very quick communication from owner. House fully furnished with everything needed to enjoy a relaxing stay. Very spacious and gorgeous views. Quiet neighborhood not from town.
