Owner was quick with responses. Home was clean and centrally located to what we were doing. The only thing I suggested was to have entertainment for families such as cards or board games. I would stay again.

We officially outgrew my sister's house for Christmas and needed a place for some of the adult grandchildren to stay and this was the right place! 4 beds, 3.5 baths meant everyone had the privacy we needed and it was close enough to Veteran's parkway to make visiting easy.All bedrooms are upstairs. Check-in was easy, host was communicative, water pressure was great!

NO top sheets on beds or pillowcases creepy!! Who knows what’s on comforter and shamPlace looked like kids had painted the rooms. The different colors of paint on woodwork, towel bars and ceilings. For the most part seemed to be clean and good job staging. Probably good place for college students who don’t care what it looks like.

I made several attempts to address your concerns during your stay—I spoke with you multiple times, stopped by in person to check on the internet issue, and followed up with messages to ensure everything was working well and to see if you needed anything further. Problem would have been solved if you just asked me. For your convenience, top sheets, a quilt, and a plush throw are provided in the closet for guest use. I also noticed your group brought pillows from home, which I completely understand—many guests prefer using their own items for comfort. However, I want to clarify that all provided linens and supplies are properly maintained for guest use. I’m still looking into the concern you mentioned about the paint in the ceiling, as I take that feedback seriously and want to ensure everything is in good for future guests.

The host was so quick to reply to our questions and needs. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would point out was that there wasn’t extra linens or blankets in a closet, at least not that we could find. But it turned out fine. Thank you for everything! We had a great stay and would stay there again next time we’re in town.

The house was well used, abused and needed updating. It was not very clean, kitchen wall at sink was dirty. Almost every wall switch plate was filthy and the thermostat was too. Master bedroom bathroom shower rod was broken. No top sheet was used on any of the beds! Sliding glass door was marked with hand and finger prints. A lot of the walls needed to be painted. The kitchen needs to be furnished better with bowls, glasses, plates and utensils. I expected much more for the amount of money we were charged. More seating was needed in the TV room. The pictures on line are no comparison to what you walk into. The owner had done some updating with flooring and carpet but the place needs much more.

Issues like the shower rod and any areas that may need additional attention will be addressed promptly. At the same time, we do want to share that we have hosted over 30 guests so far and have consistently received positive feedback, particularly regarding the cleanliness, furnishings, and overall condition of the property. We have not previously received concerns about the walls, furniture, or general upkeep, which is why your comments are surprising to us. That said, we understand that each guest’s experience can be different, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us continue to improve and ensure a better experience for future guests.
