Relax in a full size home in a country setting, yet 20 minutes to an hour drive from major tourist spots. There are 2 queen size beds in one room and a king size in the other room. There is also a couch that opens up to a queen size bed.The king size bedroom has an ensuite. You will feel at home in a full size living room open to a large kitchen. A two car garage is attached. We're on 20 acres with the woods as a backyard. Deer and turkeys roam freely. Grill out or sit around the fire pit under the pergola.
Drive to Eureka Springs in 20 minutes, to the new outdoor concert venue, Thunder Ridge in 25 minutes, Branson in less than 45 minutes or the NW Arkansas Corridor in an hour.

You won't find a cleaner house or a nicer host. Valerie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and it was. Communication was ALWAYS within a minute or less. We'll definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Berryville, Arkansas. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the property manager was prompt, responsive, and incredibly friendly.The home was very comfortable and well-suited for our stay, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The property is located in a quiet area with amazing views across the valley.This is truly an exceptional property, and we would highly recommend it to anyone staying in or around Berryville. We will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd time staying here and Valarie is so wonderful. She checked on us several times and even provided a large stock pot for me to use! The house is super clean and provides us with the perfect accommodations when we come visit my husband’s family. We’ll definitely stay here every time.

Quick Getaway

We wanted a quiet place to stay while we spent a couple of days exploring the area. The house was wonderfully appointed and the hosts were attentive. We lived smores on the back patio and the generous indoor and outdoor spaces.

Fabulous House and Setting!

The house is wonderful and the quiet setting is fabulous! The host was super to work with and even offered us fresh tomatoes from her own garden (they were fabulous).

Peaceful home base

We enjoyed our stay in the hills of NW AR. The house had everything we needed, and was close to the Buffalo River area and Eureka Springs.

Perfect place

My daughter got married at Thorn Crown Chapel. This house was perfect for our stay and was very comfortable and convenient to where we were going in Eureka Springs.

WONDERFUL--Even the teens were impressed!

The house has well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, lots of seating, blankets, pillows--honestly, we couldn't ask for more. Even has garage parking! Host quickly responds to messages and is very accommodating. This is now our go-to place to stay when we are anywhere near this area.

Best VRBO House EVER!

This house was sparkling clean, quiet, extremely comfortable, plenty of nice luxurious bath towels, comfortable beds and pillows, super large closets and beautiful view from front porch, etc. We couldn't of asked for more. Valorie made sure our stay was the best ever and she succeeded!!

Amazing Property, Host & Location

Our 2nd visit to Eureka Springs in this fantastic house did not disappoint. We knew immediately after our first stay we wanted to go back and we booked as soon as we knew the dates. Valorie is a fantastic host who thinks of EVERY SINGLE THING we could want or need to make sure we enjoyed our time on vacation. The home is perfect, location and views are outstanding and just what our busy lives needed to get away. We can’t wait to visit again, possibly making it twice year instead of just once. I highly recommend this property and host- you will not be disappointed!
