This place was top notch! It was so clean and nice! We loved it and it was 15 to 20 mins from eureka springs! We loved the deers and the creek that ran by the house! We will definitely stay again!

Really great property! The house was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy. We watched deer play in the yard every day. Very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was very responsive. A really great place to stay. Enjoyed it very much.

Awesome place!!! Clean and comfortable. Best property we've rented so far. We saw deer every evening. Away from the busy city, but convenient to everything. You can't go wrong with this place.

Off the beaten path

This property is very much off the beaten path. Offers views and time with nature. Hard to get a cell signal there with att&t. However house has excellent wifi. Very clean and comfortable.

Annual 3 Generation Girls Getaway

This home was wonderful! We truly enjoyed our time here! The house is beautifully decorated and every need was met! There were plenty of towels/bath clothes, trash bags, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper etc. We were provided a bar of soap, travel shampoo/conditioner, and a water bottle for each of us. There is an ice maker, traditional coffee pot with “pod-style” coffee also. The home is country style living but just a couple minutes from town. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful there. We enjoyed watching the deer, horses and other wildlife. The chairs sitting by a little creek were a perfect touch! We were close to Eureka Springs, which was nice! It didn’t take long to do what we had planned: The Holy Land tour, The Great Passion Play, The Christ of the Ozarks, Onyx Cave, Razorback Tower, Thorncrown Chapel, shopping in downtown Eureka, Ghost Tour at The Crescent Hotel, which were all within 22 minutes of the house. Breakfast in Berryville at Hometown Coffee and Cafe and the cheesecake at Jaime’s were delicious! Pizza at The Skybar Restaurant-Yum! The Balcony Restaurant at The Basin Park Hotel was a perfect overlook for lunch! Don’t miss the working bunnies at East by West! The owners, Jeff and Norma, were super helpful and kind! Norma was always quick to respond to me and was awesome at guiding us with local events and making restaurant suggestions! We are leaving feeling rested and refreshed and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

The home was super clean and had everything you needed for cooking. They had lots of towels, hair dryer, and laundry detergent. It was the perfect place for our small family. It was nice waking up and seeing deer close to the house. It was close to fun things to do in Eureka Springs. We would definitely stay there again. Close enough to activities, but far enough away you could enjoy the peace and quiet.

Great getaway place

We loved our stay at this place. We were greeted with 6 beautiful deer when we pulled in. We were amazed at the beauty of the house. We love how it feels like you are out in the country but only minutes from town. It’s very quiet and private. We will definitely stay again 5 star all around.

Perfect!

Booked this perfect place for a girls weekend. It exceeded our expectations and we will be back! Perfect space with everything you could possibly need. It was so clean and in a BEAUTIFUL location! Easy drive to Eureka springs without being right in town. We loved it!

Our New Berryville Home! This place is worth every star I can give it, I wish there were more!

We called Berryville home for 2 decades and when we moved to Florida this place brought us back home, like we had never left! We came to visit our sons and grand kids and this place was a perfect base of operations. It had everything we could have needed to call home for as long as we needed. Super clean, everything we would ever need in the kitchen for meals by way of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and more. Everything was is perfect working order and there were even a few features I had no experience with like USB plugs built into several outlets in key locations throughout the place. Those are an awesome extra! The TV is a Google TV that allowed us to get our same entertainment back home in Florida which just made it comforting. Ultimately, the location barely a minute outside of Berryville felt deep in the country and totally remote. There are horses and cows across the fields behind the place that really made us feel like we were in our favorite place in the world! Thank you for making this available... we will most definitely be back whenever we visit our family!

Best Girls Weekend in the Country

Ideal location for our girls weekend- we had the benefit of shopping and dining in Eureka Springs, then returned to our quiet barndominium where we could sip coffee on the front porch every morning while watching the wildlife and enjoying nature. The lodging was spot on for our group of 5 and well stocked with anything we needed. Fabulous time!

Perfect Place to Getaway

This is probably the most peaceful place I have ever stayed! The porch is perfect for early morning coffee or sitting out in the evening watching the fireflies. You are far enough away from everything to get the peace and quiet you want yet you’re really only a few minutes from things you need. You have everything that you could need to cook meals at the house as well. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are so soft. You will not be disappointed in this rental!

Great getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was clean and neat, smelled brand new, had everything we needed in the kitchen like utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher. Bathroom was stocked with towels. We appreciated that we were able to use the washer and dryer. We loved that is not far away from town/stores like Walmart but it’s also not that close that you feel like you’re right in town. We saw family of deer in the afternoons. We decided to go to towns like Eureka Springs (about a 15 minutes) & Branson MO (about 40 minutes). We also appreciated that the host allowed us to check-in an hour or so early. We would definitely stay here again & we highly recommend it. Thank you to the hosts, the rental is beautiful.

Wonderful!

The property is beautiful inside and out! We loved the rural setting, with deer in the morning, and the sound of a rooster’s crow. The house is very well-stocked, and very clean. Just a short drive in to Eureka Springs. We would definitely stay again!
