Brady St Modern 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath Luxury Unit

Our unit is completely updated as a showcase project by our designer. It has a cook's kitchen but if you want to go out to eat or drink there are many restaurants and bars within a few blocks.

Easily hold 4 adults + Kids.

Full of windows and light w 12-foot ceilings.

The master bedroom has a ladder up to a sleeping loft with an air mattress (great for kids).

Both bedrooms have brand-new queen mattresses (1 firm 1 plush).

Close to the lake, museums, Fiserv, Summerfest, MSOE & downtown.

We have a tiny home in the city concept where all space is utilized. The space was a butcher store in the 1890s. It is full of workmanship, light, and original old-growth maple floors. Then we added all modern conveniences from stainless steel appliances to a cook's cooking area.

Our guests love the patio area when's nice outside. This is a kid-friendly space and they can sleep in the loft or on the hide-a-bed.

This is an urban neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants on Brady street. Many bars have free shuttles to American Field so come and watch the brewers.

And you will not have to spend time looking for a parking spot as we have one for you in our fenced lot.
During Summerfest, you are less than 2 miles from the world's largest music festival.

If you like nature the Milwaukee River trails are a few blocks away where you can hike and fish.

There is also a paved Riverwalk that goes all the way downtown.

We are hosts who live in the building and want you to have a home away from home experience. We are here to answer questions and give suggestions.

PERFECT!!!!

We came for Summerfest to see Tyler Childers. It was a birthday present for our 19 year old daughter. Even though it rained the whole concert we had the best time! It was nice to get out of the rain and come back to this beautiful property. Lorry was super easy to communicate with and quick with any questions I had. The place is super clean and super up to date. Would definitely love to come back! THANK YOU LORRY!

Lovely stay

Stayed here for a weekend with a few friends. The place was nice, clean, just like photos listed. Kitchen is updated & well equipped for cooking. Check-in process was easy and hosts were communicative and responded to messages very quickly. Great location for a stay in Milwaukee, short walk to lots of restaurants & bars. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We had the perfect stay at The Gathering. The unit was clean, comfortable, perfectly appointed. A great respite after a day out and about. And the location in the Brady Street area was so convenient and fun. Lots of nice restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and even a teahouse. Would definitely stay here again, without any reservations.

FANTASTIC

This was a FABULOUS place to stay! Lorry and Michelle were great hosts and everything about our stay here was top notch. Beds were super comfortable, air conditioning and TV’s in every room, great place to park, fantastic location VERY close to restaurants and nightlife. I can’t imagine what could have made it better….. and our front window handyman provided entertainment from passers by. THANK Lorry and Michelle!!

Great Brady Street Spot!

Loved everything about it. Beds were comfy. Close to the action. Cute decor. Clean. Everything we needed. Off street parking spot. Funny repairman statue (can’t explain, but it’s a great conversation piece). Thanks for the wonderful stay! Will consider booking again.

Great Location!

The apartment is right off of Brady Street, which has all kinds of restaurants within easy walking distance. It's within a couple miles of several attractions our kids enjoyed. Overall it was a great experience!

Short but Sweet

We all agreed that staying at Lorry's property was perfect. My wife and I, as well as daughter and son-in-law, were in Milwaukee for the memorial day weekend and to celebrate a wedding. We could not have found a better place. Within a half block walk we were in the middle of restaurants, bars and brew pubs. If that wasn't good enough, Lorry's property fit us perfectly as well. The bedrooms were spacious, the one and a half baths were clean and enough cleanup space for the four us us with a bit of scheduling. The kitchen was cute and was a perfect use of space. The sitting and tv space was a little small but it added to the cozy feeling of the property. The tall boutique shop windows in the front open to the sidewalk but quality shades in each window gave plenty of privacy when needed. We will definitely stay again. Lorry is an excellent host!

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful stay in Milwaukee and we would highly recommend this unit. Very short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Very clean with onsite parking. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Milwaukee.

This is a very unique and special property. It was built as a meat market in the 1890's. It has been completely gutted.

It is loaded with light and looks great with 12 foot ceilings.

What makes this property different is it is in a vibrant urban area (Brady Street). It has an outdoor patio area which is rare for a rental unit and even more important it has off-street parking.
