"PeliKinn Bay" is a cute beach bungalow 200 steps from the Atlantic Ocean. 6 blocks to the infamous Atlantic Ave and all the vibrant restaurants, shops, bars, and galleries of Delray Beach. The studio condo has a clean coastal vibe with everything for a solo traveler or a laid-back couple. This unit is only available for monthly rentals. Oceanside beach service, a community pool also included! For shorter stays please message for our other property! We have another location 15 mins away

200 steps from the ocean. The unit is located on a side street off of A1A! Just blocks from Atlantic Avenue! You literally can walk, bike, or golf cart anywhere for anything you need!

There is a parking spot with the unit. There is an HOA-fee but is covered in the rental, along with 1 complimentary cleaning during your stay per month! Also, complimentary Beach service comes with this rental- 2 chairs and an umbrella!
