Experience beach living at the Hamilton House located directly on the beach and walking distance to Atlantic Avenue in Delray. Seasonal rental available Jan. 1-Feb 28 (two months required) for immediate occupancy. Longer term availability after June. This 5-story 24-unit Hamilton House was extensively restored in 2021. Onsite amenities include manager, BBQ, elegant pool area and easy beach access. The unit has direct water views from the living area and bedroom with expansive balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. With top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, a newly renovated bathroom and king-size bed, this quiet oasis is just minutes away to everything bustling Delray has to offer with fabulous shops, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee, salons & more.

The neighborhood is residential - not a big condo building. Our building is only 24 units. Walking distance to Atlantic Ave with fantastic shops and restaurants.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The location in Delray is the perfect location for a getaway or a longer stay. Also, our condo association allows monthly rentals which is very rare. Our goal is to rent for Dec, Jan, and Feb but open to other offers.
