The space
The main living level features a spacious kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the dining room, and the living room area in an open floor plan. Living room has ample seating, a Samsung 65" Smart TV, Echo Dot for easy listening and a DVD player. Adjacent in this open area is the dining table which seats up to 8 people. Master suite includes double sinks, large shower with 6 shower heads and a walk in closet. French doors off the living room lead to a screened in back porch, enjoy entertaining family and friends on those warm summer nights! Upper level: 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Bonus room with writing desk. Plantation Shutters throughout. Lower level: private garage with abundant parking. Making memories one sunset at a time!

level MBR suite: king bed, double sinks, walk-in shower. Guest half bath.
• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags.
• 4 bikes, beach towels & bags.
(Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of
the guest.)
