Exclusive Beach Colony is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront.  The ingenious angular living room design transforms every residence into a corner unit.  Wall-to-wall sliding doors and adjoining windows actually wrap around the living room, filling it with light, and revealing the panoramic beauty of the Gulf.  The sweeping 300 SF terrace will be a favorite spot for quiet moments and lively gatherings alike.  The uniquely situated Master Bath is a world unto itself. 1497 SF with Tiled throughout the unit.

Very nice!

This is a great condo. We’ve been staying at Beach Colony for 9 years. Very clean. Great amenities. Everyone was very nice and responsive. We needed to use the rollaway bed. There weren’t sheets in the condo, so I messaged them late at night. We had the sheets the next morning. The only thing I didn’t love is having a physical door key instead of a code. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

Great condo overlooking the beach

The property is fantastic. Right on the beach with both an indoor and outdoor pool. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Fabulous!

This condo was even better than the description. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. I am grateful to the family who owns this condo…there’s no doubt they care about their guests.

The location was great and we enjoyed the condo very much. This was one of the best equipped condo rentals we have had. It was equipped with all of the kitchen utensils and cookware that we could need. Loved our stay.

Beautiful Beach View STUNNING

Balcony is spacious with nice outdoor seating and dining. Love all the windows in every room. New mattress’s are needed. Otherwise, the sofa and club chair very comfortable. The property is well maintained and clean. You can’t go wrong with this property!!!!

Wonderful vacation experience at Perdido Key Beach

Communication was phenomenal by Perdido Key Realty before, during and after our week-long stay. The accommodations were exactly as described with beautiful views and a comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. The condo was very well stocked and convenient to stores, restaurants and a short drive to entertainment. Perfect spot for a quiet family vacation. Also right across the street from Paul's Pizza with one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

Great condo. Beautiful property.

The condo was clean and lovely. Everything we needed was there. The beach access is easy. The gym and pool areas are great. I go to Perdido every year around this time for a conference. I will definitely check to see if this little gem is available next year. Thanks for a great escape!
