Perdido Skye is a quiet, therapeutic place to share sun and fun with family and friends. This affordable east corner condo is directly on the beach with amazing views from your sizeable beachfront balcony. Youth-size captain’s bunks built into the hallway allow extra sleeping for children. This 700 SF 5th-floor unit overlooks the large pool and has ceramic tile throughout.

Perdido Skye 51

Our condo was very clean, conveniently located to great local restaurants. The views off balcony were specular. Perfect for couples or small families. Perdido Realty was very easy to work with for ease of check-in and check-out.If you are looking for a great place to stay for ocean views and great food, this is the place.

Great property

We enjoyed the unit even though the pool was closed. We were aware there would be no pool but we didn’t realize the noise it would involve. We were surprised a job like that would not be completed by the start of the season, but we also realize they probably had no control over the construction workers schedule. I only rated 4 for cleanliness because I wished the floors were cleaner, but we would definitely stay there again. We had a great trip!

We loved this condo! It’s the first time we’ve stayed where the bedroom was at the front of the condo without balcony access, so I was hesitant when booking but it was so lovely! It was obvious everything was new, clean and well stocked. I loved that every amenity provided was listed ahead of time so we knew what to bring. Check in and check out was easy peasy, and I appreciated the text communication that also made it so convenient to ask questions and get a timely response. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and so easy to access the beach as well. The only wish for improvement was the fitness room. There was only one elliptical, one treadmill, one stationary bike, then a weight apparatus. I was hoping for free handheld weights/dumbbells, and there were none provided. We were very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend!

Great condo

The condo itself and the beach were amazing! The beach is gorgeous and the town is exactly what i wanted in a small quiet beach town. You can walk to great restaurants !!! The listing is run by a company not an owner- which was disappointing I prefer the by owner part but I was willing to give it a chance. There was one toll of toilet paper for 5 days and one dishwashing tab. Most condos I have been to give you enough for the stay. I don’t need a whole box of soap but a handful of tabs and two rolls of toilet paper would be nice. It took 4 days to get the wifi code and not until we said we would have to checkout early because we had to work did they get us the code. Hotspot didn’t work I guess due to the thick cement walls so we were stuck until we got the code. I do prefer the “by owner” part and I will be looking for that in future listings. They did give us a gift card to make up for the issues but honestly it took way too long for a working wifi code- it’s a call to the owner it shouldn’t have taken 4 days and it’s also why I prefer to rent from the owners directly.

25 year anniversary

The unit we rented was beautiful and very clean. It appeared to have just been painted and had new appliances. It was located on the very end and not near a noisy elevator. All this was great for us because…. We got ran off the beach within hours on our first day there!!! First the umbrella/chair person that you pay to use their equipment told us we could not put our chairs anywhere near water and made us move. We moved to where we thought was in front of our balcony but the chair/umbrella person from condo next to empty lot brought out his manager and made several of us move using a measuring device. So there was no beachfront for any guest to sit and watch waves after paying to stay at oceanfront condo. The chair/umbrella guy did not put up any chairs in our spots that he made all of us move from and within minutes other people moved to our former spots that he DID NOT make move. B/c we watched fr our balcony. To say the least that upset us as we called our beach day before noon. The next day we walked to the public beach with our things. Since my husband has some health problems, that long of a trip did him in and he was unable to go to the beach anymore on our stay. The icing on the cake was when we were called and accused of stealing some large statue from the unit as the cleaning staff had been asked to place it in the closet by the unit owner before our stay and it was not in the closet. We never saw the item. This was our exper. for our 25 yr anniversary😪
