Perdido Skye 16 offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool and grilling area. The location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is super cute and cozy. Check in and check out was smooth. Easy access to the beach and pool. My kids enjoyed their spring break. Will keep this place in mind for future bookings.

Perfect little beach spot

We had the best little condo on the beach. It was super clean, easy to access the beach, and quick response from maintenence crew when the shower was clogged. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good location and clean. A little old and in need of some maintenance. Curtains fell mid-stay and no one came to repair. A few instructions/procedures would be helpful

Average beach stay!

Place was convenient and beachfront which is what we wanted. Very small, toilet ran unless we opened the lid to fix. Perfect for 2 people and a little kid or 2, but not great for 3 adults. No complaints for the price though. Beach is crowded here and the high rise next door has umbrella crew that pretty much take up the entire beach by 6am..
