Split floor plan with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a single vanity and walk-in shower in the master EnSite. Tub/shower combo in the main bathroom. In the guest bedroom you will find a full size bed and a twin bed. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Fenced in backyard. 1 small dog is allowed up to 20 lbs.

Fantastic lanai, pool and outdoor area!

We were immediately impressed with the outdoor and heated pool area. The lanai area was also impressive. It is an older house with a small kitchen however for the two of us it served our needs perfectly well. Tiffany responded to all our questions immediately. When we expressed concern about the beach chairs, three new beach chairs were delivered the next day. We would definitely consider a return stay!

Has a nice pool

Pro: The home has a heated pool and a screened in lanai. Con: This house in in serious need of updating. The carpet is worn and in need of cleaning. The living room furniture looks like it was bought at the Goodwill store.When we first arrived we found dead and live palmetto bugs (2" cockroaches) all over the place. Each time we opened another drawer we would find more bugs or bugs pieces.Some one had left a gallon of icecream in the freezer and apparently during a power outtage it melted so the entire freezer had to be cleaned.The light in the front entryway needs a new switch and although the rental agent was advised of the issue it was never repaired.The bed squeak when you turn over. Very annoying. It was not until we had been in the house for 6 weeks that we found out that the house is on a well and septic system. When asked when the system had last been serviced the rental agent had no idea.Although there is a garage the renter can not use it because the owner has motorcycles, bicycles, and other personal items stored there.Over all if you want anything other than a pool I would recommend you continue looking.
