3 bed 2.5 bath Townhouse just .7 miles from Toomers corner and a few blocks from Coffee and Restaurants. Great for Game days or just visiting.

The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances and seats 6.
The living room has a smart tv with Cable or your apps as well as a pull-out couch, and there is a private patio.

Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath.
The other bedrooms have a queen and a full with a shared bathroom.

We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated. The accommodations were comfortable and met all of our needs. The location was perfect—within walking distance to everything downtown and very close to family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Didn't spend too much time there, in town for a birthday party, mainly just slept. Only small issue was microwave not working, easy fix.

The townhouse was close to campus, very clean and comfortable. The owner was accessible if needed. Beds were comfortable.however, a little low to the ground. Over all, great place to stay. I would recommend others to stay here as well.

Excellent Experience

What a great family trip for my son’s graduation. The house was very clean & comfortable with everyone having their own room. The proximity was a huge surprise since my son’s house was across the street and could walk over and very close to town

Wonderful property!

We stayed her a few weeks ago. The place was clean and we enjoyed being all together vs a hotel. Walking distance to the game and great restaurants. We will be back!

Great stay!

My friend group and I stayed here for the UGA game and it was a great experience. The location is fantastic and the house was great. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice spot near downtown

We were in Auburn for a wedding weekend. We could walk into town from the place. The rooms were as described. Beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was well appointed with glasses, plates, cookware, coffee maker etc. The living room was a nice gathering spot for us, too.Jack was very responsive when we had questions.

Terrific crash pad for Auburn football game.

Townhome was well maintained and 3 bedrooms worked well for my group. Rear private fenced in yard was a perfect spot for after dinner Kentucky bourbon and cigars.
