Auburn Haven is a spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhouse located less than a mile from Toomer’s Corner and Auburn University. With a fully renovated kitchen, modern amenities, and comfortable living spaces, this is the perfect place for sports fans, friends, and business travelers. Easily walk to sporting events or downtown for dinner. Two parking passes available for convenient parking in front of the condo.

Our 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a queen bed, quality linens, and a full bath. An additional queen air mattress is available. The large, sunny living room is perfect for watching a big game, equipped with a big screen smart TV and high-speed internet. The newly renovated kitchen is fully outfitted for your culinary needs, and the patio is adorned with string lights, an outdoor dining table, and barbecue grill.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire space, including both bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and patio. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. Don't miss out on the pool and full-sized basketball court! Two parking passes are provided for hassle-free parking directly in front of the unit.

For your safety, the condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Please note that we maintain a no-smoking policy. Pets are allowed but guests will be charged a premium security deposit and cleaning fee for our furry friends.

We are available for any assistance you may need during your stay. From providing local tips, to ensuring your comfort, we are just a message or call away. Rest assured, your stay in Auburn will be supported by attentive and caring hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay and visited all the surrounding amenities.. The house was in a quiet location and very clean..Very roomy loved the large tvs..almost like home.

Townhouse was extremely clean, spotless. Living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was bright and clean, we did not cook but it looked to be well equipped to do so. The bedrooms were so nice and very spacious, lots of storage space for luggage etc. The area was perfect, Graham is an excellent host, very attentive and very easy to communicate with! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!

Property was immaculate & had everything we needed. Both bedrooms had on on-suite bathroom which is wonderful. Safe parking and close to everything Auburn. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again!

2nd great stay here

We love this place. This is our 2nd stay. Graham is a great host and communicates so thorough. Beds are comfortable, each bedroom with own bathroom and 1/2 bath downstairs. LOVE the big couch, plenty of room for family and friends to all hang out together. Great linens and plenty of blankets, etc. Entire condo is very clean. Parking right out the front door. Close to campus. Would love to stay here more but it is booked out thru the fall weekends. Get your bookings in early! Will always stay here when we can!

We really enjoyed this property. My family was here for destination Auburn and the proximity to campus and downtown Auburn was ideal. Everything was clean and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay close to Auburn campus

We had a great day in this quiet neighborhood so close to campus and all the shops and restaurants. Communication was great on check in and check out. Beds and linens were very nice. Loved the oversize living room couch. It was perfect for hanging out with our teenagers for some downtime. Plenty of seating room. Great Wi-Fi checkout process was much easier than other. VRBO‘s would definitely stay here again. Next time we come to Auburn

We had a great stay! Our condo was clean and close enough to the stadium to walk. Communication was superior and there were some beers in the fridge for us!

Walking distance to stadium

This condo is clean and conveniently located a little over a mile to campus. Easy to walk to campus and restaurants and shops. One thing to note which the listing did not mention, a train track is located very close and runs at various times during day and middle of night. We awoke startled to its loud whistle in the middle of the night so be advised if you are a light sleeper.

Perfect place for our family of 4. We were visiting our daughter at Auburn. Perfect location…walk to campus. We even walked home from a late night football game. Comfortable and clean!

Overall a great home. Clean but older carpet and showers and older furniture. Showers small and close corridors. Beds very comfy, you didn’t even hear train at night because they were so comfy.

Auburn Graduation!

The property was beautiful. Convienient to everywhere we wanted to go. The location felt safe and secluded. The pet friendly grounds were clean and well kept. Inside the townhome was spotless, as well as comfortable. The attention to small details : dog bowls, guest gift, and hand written welcome note was a unique surprise. Definitely a 5 star !

Excellent weeklong stay

I stayed with my husband and teenage son for a week to visit Auburn University. The property was exactly as described in the listing. This townhouse is walking distance to 160 Ross snd close to 3 different Tiger Transit stops (the closest bus is on the Glenn-Harper line). With basic toiletries and plates/cups/bowls/pots for cooking, you have everything you need a perfect stay. We will utilize this vacation rental in the future.
