Come to Pembroke Cottage, in the tropical paradise of St Thomas where you will enjoy great views and the many amenities of your home away from home!

Enter through your private gate and see the large, sparkling, private pool and your cottage at the bottom of the stairs. This villa is the perfect place for 2 couples traveling together or a family of 4. Your own private retreat at the center of the island makes access to the many activities during your vacation a breeze.

It's the little things that make a difference. Enjoy the luxury of Egyptian Cotton bed-linens & towels and the soothing fragrance of premium body cleanser, shampoo & conditioner.

Perhaps it is cooking that you really enjoy. With the Sub Zero refrigerator, gas stove, butcher block counters and all the spices and fixings you need to prepare exceptional meals while you are at Pembroke Cottage, you will be hard pressed to find a cooking utensil lacking in this kitchen.

Then of course, there is always the gas BBQ on your own private deck for those burgers, steaks and fresh seafood.

And don't forget about the large, crystal clear, private swimming pool that is Just steps from your door.

Paradise!

Place was excellent!! The views were spectacular and the pool put the final touch on the place. Overall would definitely like to stay again next year!!

Private and pet-friendly

Traveled with family to St. Thomas and a small dog. The property was charming with a nice view of the ocean and Hans Lollik Island. The gated + fenced in patio and pool were great for our dog (no worrying about him running away). The cottage had a great kitchen which we used for several meals. A/C worked great and kept the humidity and heat outside. Would definitely stay again

Nice place... But had issues!

The owner is responsive when you reach out. We enjoyed our stay but had issues. When we first walked in, the kitchen haf crumbs on the counter, stove and in the sink. The rest of the home was clean. The first night was great. The next day the shower was very hot and not enjoyable. Contacted the owner and he said turn down the water heater to 112°. It was set at 140°. We tried it at 112 and it was still way to hot. Turned it down to 98° and it was tolerable. You would also turn towards the cold side then it was way too cold. You couldn't find a happy temp. That evening is when we had visitors. Hundreds of termites showed up in the bedroom on the main floor. Got the vacuum and started sweeping them up. They disappeared and didn't see another one that evening. I took a picture and got a hold of the owner. He contacted his maintenance guy and he came out the next day and sealed the window shut but didn't notice the small holes in the drywall. That evening they came out again through small holes in the wall around the window. I found some puddy and started filling the holes why my wife started sweeping them up again! The next evening was great never saw another one. Until the evening after that they came out again as they made another hole! I filled that hole and the rest of our stay was critter free as we stayed a total of 7 days. I did reach out to the owner and let him know about our concerns and he did reply back. He did give a VERY small refund back.

Our stay at Pembroke Place was absolutely PERFECT! Larry and John were so kind, and helpful, yet gave us the privacy of feeling like we really had the space to ourselves. They are honest in the listing that it is on a main road so you do hear some road noise, but really, it was easy to ignore. The view was spectacular, and it is so central to the entire island. Nothing was ever too far away. I believe my 16yr old did correct the location in Google, but if you do plan to use Google, Beacon Point is right across the street, and wow are the views to the other side of the island there amazing too! My mom, my boys and I had the best of time and sincerely recommend Pembroke Place as a great place to stay.

As your host, we are on-site in the main house generally from December through May to take care of any issues that might arise during your stay. For those times that we're not on-site there is a housekeeper and maintenance guy on call to address any concerns you might have.

Neighborhood description
Pembroke Place is centrally located on a main road making it extremely convenient to get to any place on the island within minutes. However, being on a main road also means that there is some road noise, mostly muted by the concrete wall but weekday mornings you may hear the occasional dump truck or concrete truck coming up the hill.
