Beautiful 3-bedroom house, with private pool, facing golf course

Welcome to your charming villa in the Orlando area.

Your home away from home that reminds you of the comfort of your house, where you and your family can create wonderful vacation memories.

Spacious living room with a couch and love seat for easy TV viewing on a beautiful 60-inch flat screen TV. This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Private fully screen-in pool with a beautiful view overlooking the 2nd hole of the challenging Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, walk-in closet and 3-piece ensuite including a glass enclosed walk-in shower.

The 1st guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ample closet space.

The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a bunk bed with a futon on the lower level that can be lowered into a double bed. Plenty of sleeping space for guests.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen and satellite TV. The entire house can accommodate sleeping space for 8 people comfortably.

The spacious pool deck is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sun rise or a late night glass of wine watching the beautiful sun set in the Florida sky.
The kitchen stove, microwave, and the washer and dryer have all been upgraded in October 2023.
This villa offers:

Southern Dunes Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There is a Super-Walmart and Winn-Dixie just a minute away, along with several well-known restaurants and amenities in the area, virtually everything is on hand.

Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric carts included).

The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch, along with popular Trivia Night on Tuesday nights

Golf course villa

This was a very comfortable vacation home. The pool was good . Nice view of the golf course. The owner was very responsive to a couple of issues with the house that was very much appreciated. the community seemed safe and quiet

Great Vacation

Great house in a beautiful community with a terrific pool and an amazing host. Pool has southern exposure so sunny all day. House backs on the golf course. Highly recommend.

Best Vacation Rental Experience Ever!

Superb hosts! Place was exactly as described/pictured. Had everything you could need outside of your own groceries. Abundance of hangers in the closets was appreciated, not to mention extra linens, towels and supplies. So comfortable and welcoming!!Loved the location - shopping and restaurants right around the corner and within walking distance. Full day sun over the pool was awesome! Watching golfers off the 2nd tee from sun up to sun down was fun when we weren’t playing the course ourselves. Great neighborhood to walk our pup and a clean and fairly new dog park only a mile and a half away.Would definitely choose this lace again but would stay a month at the very least - 2 weeks just wasn’t enough!

Best Stay Ever!!!!

The owners were amazing right from the start answering all my questions before booking. The day before they sent the sweetest check in message. When we arrived there was a bottle of wine and dog treats waiting for us. The owner even checked in on us during the stay. The property was just as deacribed and was so comfy and homie. We would def stay here again.

Great place to stay and relax.

New York transplant , needed a place to spend a week or so while waiting for my home to be ready. The location and cleanliness of the home was perfect. Communication with the owner(s) was easy and pleasant.

Nice House on Golf Course with Pool

Very enjoyable stay, especially if you like golf. Back of house faces south on fairway(so you get sun from sunrise to sunset in pool area), pool is nice, neighborhood is also peaceful.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and golf course. Clean pool, relaxing vacation. Attentive owner. We have been renting for years at Southern Dunes and this was by far the best experience we have had renting.

Had a great stay!

We arrived to find a minor house keeping issue. Contacted Robert through VRBO and he responded immediately with a resolution. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed a lot of time in the pool. The master bedroom was a very comfortable King size bed. The house had all of the basics and was a comfortable stay for us. Very quick and easy communication with the host. (This is out of the owners control - one downside - we had parking in the driveway, but too many cars parked on both sides of the street making it very tight to get through. Our driveway was blocked twice by neighboring vehicles, but they moved them as soon as they were asked. We often had to back up or turn around to go the other way out of the gated complex to get through.
