Welcome to Inventors' Loft, a boutique FULLY FURNISHED BI-LEVEL Penthouse Loft, located in Downtown Philadelphia near Jefferson Hospital and many of Philly's most popular attractions, including the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. You are steps away from the city's best dining, shopping and nightlife. No expense was spared in creating and designing this brand new loft. Come be one of the first to experience the new Inventors' Lofts. This superbly styled apartment with its industrial design touch makes for a perfect luxurious getaway.

There is a queen size bed in the bedroom of the first floor of the apartment. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room on the first floor. The stairwell leads to a loft area (the second bedroom) where we have a king bed set up and there is an en-suite full bathroom incorporated into the loft area as well. Ideal for anyone on the go and is centrally located to everything. But also perfectly suitable for a spacious ~home away from home~. Comfortable, calm and convenient. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at home. Without a doubt, this place makes for a true inner city ~revival~ for those in need of one. We are sure you will enjoy this home. This loft comes FULLY FURNISHED including linens, kitchenware, bedding et al. You'll just love it here. Great location. Close to everything. Our party was 2 children and 4 adults. Kids slept on the pullout bed that was very comfy. Adults enjoyed both beds. Pillows were a little flat but bed was very comfortable. Some minor areas that were not cleaned thoroughly but didn't hinder our stay.

The home is as described and is lovely! I will certainly stay there again when I visit Philly. The hostess is very responsive and kind. The home has everything you need and is very clean. It is also very quiet and the beds are wonderful. It’s a 5!

Super cute and great location

We had a wonderful vacation and this property was perfect for our small group of 4, centrally located to all the areas we wanted to explore. The host provided everything we needed and they were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place for a trip to Philly!!!

Really nice condo on the third floor of the bldg. Super clean, nicely decorated, quiet neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to Independence Hall and the historical attractions. Walking distance as well to good resaurants. Great location to grab Ubers.

Great stay away from home!

This place had great style and everything we needed (minus oven mits :) ) for our stay. I loved everything about it and the price was very reasonable. The owner gets an A+ on communicating back to you with a quick timely manner. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores!

Great neighborhood!

This was a great place to stay for our short visit to Philly. Easy check-in, comfortable beds and lovely space for relaxing. Our girls loved having the top floor to themselves. Walkable to many delicious restaurants. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had what was needed - including dropping off an umbrella during a summer storm. Would definitely recommend!
