Tucked in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Meridian, this well-appointed home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and functionality. Whether you're here to explore the Treasure Valley, spend quality time with family, or get some work done, this home has you covered.
At 1,700 sq ft, the open layout gives everyone room to breathe. The living room features a 65" 4K Roku TV for easy streaming, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair sits just off the master suite for anyone who needs to stay productive on the road. A community playground is right outside the home, making it an easy choice for families with kids.
Right off the freeway, you're 15 to 20 minutes from Boise Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Boise, with Meridian's growing dining and shopping scene just minutes away.

Awesome House

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and smelled wonderful. Snacks and water were left for us when we first got there which was a nice touch.

Nice & roomy

Everything was very nice. We were there over Christmas so it would've been good to have a few baking pans, a can opener and a potato peeler. Otherwise it was accommodating. I would stay there again!

Great for pup-friendly accommodations

The neighborhood was great for dog-walking - and the nearby park was perfect! Comfortable home for a short stay. Kitchen is tiny but had the essentials. The small private yard out back was relaxing to hang out in the nice weather, but grass was too high for my small dog's nitpicky preferences. Neighbors are extremely close but noise was not an issue at all. I would stay here again.

Great Place, Convenient Location

We stayed here with our family while we attended a family wedding in meridian. We spent time in Meridian, Kuna and other places close by. It wasn't more than 10-20 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. The house was clean and had what we needed. There are three rooms with beds ( double bunks, queen, king and also a blow up mattress which was helpful for my little that wanted to sleep in the same room with mom and dad) It looks to be in a brand new neighborhood as of December 2022. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
