Welcome to Dune Allen Delight. The renovations are complete, and we are excited for you to enjoy all the updates.

This home offers an open floor plan with walls of windows to enjoy the breathtaking views as you enjoy your time relaxing with your crew. An open kitchen allows for casual dining while the living room offers a sofa and Roku TV for all your entertainment needs. All bedrooms are on the main floor as well as two full, shared bathrooms. The home is ideally set up for two families to enjoy, with each family having their own wing of the home for sleeping. Each wing of the home can also be shut off for additional privacy.

Climb the elegant spiral staircase and enjoy the top floor lounge with doors leading out to another sunny balcony. A second living area on this top level includes a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, powder room and a charming built-in bar.

Dune Allen Delight is located close to shopping and dining while offering the peaceful solitude of a Gulf front home in Dune Allen. Truly the best of both worlds! Walk to Stinky's Bait Shack for Sunrise Happy Hour and Cherry Coffee Roasters coffee from New Orleans. Pick up a fishing license and bait for beach fishing while you are there. Set up your fishing pole directly in front of the home! Take a bike ride down 30A to shopping and dining at Gulf Place, including top rated Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Walmart and Publix are less than 10 minutes away for groceries and beach supplies. And don't forget Topsail State Park is only 5 minutes away for family adventures.

This is a beautiful property with an even better location. My family enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The property managers helped us get additional chairs and umbrellas. This house is about as close to the water as you can get!

Location is perfect. As close to the beach as I’ve ever stayed. The house was very clean, check in / out was easy, and the property manager communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again.

The Berry's Do Santa Rosa Beach!

If you are looking for a private location right on the beach, this is it! It is literally down the steps and you are there! You are minutes from SeaGrove, SeaSide & Destin. You are within 1 mile of Wal-Mart. Unique Neightborhood nestled right on the beach! Beautiful sand and crystal clear water. Privacy is amazing, private beach perfect size for our large family, 11 Adults, 7 children all ages! House was perfect, We had a blast!

Location is amazing!

Great location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Nicely updated home. We appreciated the nice outdoor shower and another area to wash off feet coming off the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Location can’t be beat!

Great location right on the beach and only minutes away from fabulous restaurants and shopping. The downside is the house is very outdated and the carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. We had a wonderful time in Santa Rosa but would not stay here again unless the price was greatly reduced.

Great location and beautiful views

Overall enjoyed our stay loved the private beach and views. Kids loved to play on the sandbar in the evenings. Only thing is the house is dated and needs a 3rd full bath

Great house and management

The house was great, check in and out was super easy, our area of the beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Beds and furniture were super comfortable! Property manager was immediately attentive to any questions, ensuring that we had a wonderful week.

Very Disappointing-Overpriced

We have used VRBO many times to book vacation rentals and we have never been so disappointed with the property. I could not wait to leave. To begin with, the pictures posted on the VRBO listing are either very old or heavily edited. The property does not look like that in person. It is very dated inside with formica countertops that are warped, laminate flooring that has huge gaps, lights that don't work, HVAC vents and returns that are filthy, disgusting carpets with pet stains, and roaches. To make it worse, the house only had 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom and 2 trash bags. The blinds were broken in all of the rooms and the exterior doors were in poor shape. The grill was dirty and had not been cleaned. The entire property was not properly cleaned in years. The only good thing was the location being on the beach but it was not worth what we spent. I would not recommend this property to anybody. If you need proof, contact me and I will send you pictures.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this home last year and it was great. However this year, we got there at check-in time and still had to wait because they were still cleaning and it was already a late check-in of 5pm. The carpets were soaking wait because they had them cleaned that day. There was no can opener. No tea pitchers, The coffee pot was a single keurig. We bought a coffee pot. The trash was not picked up from prior guests, but management did take care of that for us. Overall a good stay, but for the price , you would expect the home to be better equipped.

The house is just steps from the water so it was easy to store chairs and canopies at night. The house is clean and spacious with comfortable furniture. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back porch. Our adult children enjoyed the bikes and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The only issue we found with the house is the stairs from the top porch to the beach. They are very steep and get slippery when sandy and wet. I would be worried if I had small children going up and down the stairs.

Great family vacay

Exclusive 30A was excellent to work with from booking to checkin and checkout. Very response to any questions we had. House is in a perfect location on 30A with gorgeous sunrise and sunset views! House set up would be perfect for multiple families, although it was just the 3 of us. House is a little dated but well stocked and has working appliances. Some lamps and room lightbulbs were blown which should have been replaced prior to our arrival. The back porch dead bolt lock was very loose and managed to lock itself a couple times and locked us out once and needs to be replaced. Overall a great stay and worth the last minute price but not sure I’d pay prime rates for this one, and consider finding another house that’s more updated.

The pictures will never be able to adequately show or help you visualize the views you will have right out your door. We walked down the stairs and sat on the beach (on the chairs that stay at this home) at sunset for an hour one night and it was a night I won't soon forget! The location has a great balance of access to 30-A essentials (like food, beaches, activities) while minimizing crowds and providing a private getaway. The beaches were not crowded at all during the day and we were able to walk right in two two restaurants within walking or bike riding distance each night. This location would be a great spot for a family or group of friends to come and experience 30-A!
