We had a wonderful stay at this Grayton beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to everything we needed. The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was such a great place for my family to gather for my son's wedding! We were very lucky that the electricity came back on the day we were to move into the house after Hurricane Isaias blew through. Thanks to Chelco, the Grayton community, and the homeowner, we were able to carry out all of our wedding plans. Grayton Point is older but unique and full of character. It suited our needs perfectly! The views are magnificent! The location is great for walking for coffee in the morning as well as lunch/dinner. We couldn't have asked for a better week! We will definitely be back!

Greatest location ever! The definition of a true beach house. Kinda quirky, on the beach and lake, so many rooms, clean with simple decor, best furnished kitchen I have ever seen for a rental (great stainless steel pans, lots of utensils) and comfortable. My dogs loved it as well!! Hosts were wonderful!

Beautiful location?

Great location! We had a family reunion for Christmas and had plenty of room. The beach is really close by and we hung out a lot on the dock.

Fantastic view! Dog paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Grayton Point for 3 nights for a destination wedding at Grayton Beach. The beach house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the beach side and is a little more secluded than most other houses in the area which limits the amount of traffic that runs past. No complaints at all.

My only criticism is that the broker did not warn us beforehand about the house under construction 20 feet away. The workmen started hammering at 7:00am and worked until 7:00pm 6 days of the week.

It’s very run down and buggy. We had lots of bugs dead and alive. Other than the worn down interior, we loved it.

This is one of the oldest homes with old Beach Charm to it in Grayton. We try to keep the old Grayton feel while also this home sleeps a lot of folks. Best location in the area! The dock out on the South Side is to die for its so relaxing, pleasant, and has great views. As a bonus there is also another dock on the bigger part of the lake. Nice new deck in front of current deck and perfect home for weddings, receptions, etc.

We will be back next year!!We have stayed all over 30A but Grayton Beach is our favorite and this house is the best location for our family!! We love fishing off the dock and the kids love swimming in the lake. So much room and not a congested area.would like to see the living room furniture updated.. it's not real comfortable. You may want to check the airconditioners in the bottom as they don't feel like they are cooling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire week was fabulous. The weather could not have been more perfect. The rental house was in a great location. All in all the property was well maintained. The dock on the property was perfect to just sit and relax for the evening and enjoy the ocean view. I would recommend this property to rent without hesitation. The property management company was very helpful and easy to contact. It would have been nice to have a later check out time but apparently 10:00 a.m. seems to be the norm in the area.
