As you enter, the stunning common area will capture your attention with its beauty and elegance, featuring high-end furnishings and tasteful decor. The chase couch sectional and chair are arranged perfectly in front of the lovely windows of this A-frame home. A gas-burning fireplace nearby creates an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

After a long day of exploring the area, or exploring the lake, you can relax on the couch and feel the stress of the day melt away. You’ll love the warm glow of the fire and the soothing ambiance of the space, with all of its natural light, which is designed to help you relax and unwind.

If you`re in the mood for some entertainment, head down to the finished basement, where you`ll find an impressive array of games to choose from. And if you prefer to simply sit back and relax, the comfortable large sectional couch and large TV will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of binge-watching your favorite shows.

The kitchen is a chef`s dream, with its high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a large 2-door fridge, a Keurig machine with k-cups included, a microwave, a toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils. When it`s time to rest, you can choose from one of our 5 bedrooms, each designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. With plush king, queens, and bunk beds for the kids, soft linens, and plenty of natural light, you`ll feel pampered and indulged from the moment you arrive.

With 3 full bathrooms throughout the house, you can rest easy knowing that there will always be a bathroom available when you need it. And with Wi-Fi available throughout the house, you can stay connected and productive, even while you`re on vacation.

Outside, the home sits on a beautiful 22-acre private lake at the end of a private road. The large deck is the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery of the lake with the mountains as a backdrop, all while grilling on the BBQ. Be sure to bring your fishing poles because you can walk right out the door and down to the lake to catch a big bass. There are also kayaks and a pedal boat available for you to explore the lake on your own, or just take a swim right off our dock! After a long day of skiing or swimming, sit back and relax in our hot tub, while gazing at the stars. And when it`s time for some s`mores, sit around our large outdoor fire-pit under the night sky.

The property is only 20 minutes away from multiple attractions such as the Zoom Flume water park, North/South Lake, Dutchman`s Landing Park, Hunter & Windham Mountain Ski Resorts & many more.
Bailiwick Ranch is 15 minutes away and offers Horseback Riding and a small zoo.
Greens Lake is 15 minutes away and makes for great freshwater fishing.

Information and special rules on specific parts of the house are written below, so you can easily understand where things are located and how to use them safely.
The following areas of the house are private and locked, please do not attempt to open them:
• Pantry closet located near utility room
The house uses a very sophisticated water filtration system that stores water in holding tanks. Please be sure to not run the water unnecessarily or take long showers to avoid running out of water. We recommend bringing your own bottles of water for drinking purposes.
• There may be some canned goods and other imperishable foods in the kitchen pantry which you are free to use as you wish. Always check the expiration date before eating anything. We always make sure not to leave expired food in the house, but oversights may happen. We believe in the “Leave what you can, take what you need” idea.
• There are designated trash disposal areas. Please refrain from throwing any trash, such as bottle caps or cigarette butts on the property.
• When you leave, please put the garbage in the bin located near the entrance of the private road (across from the gazebo).
• Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults, especially near the lake.
• Please make sure pool table and foosball table are put back the way you found them, and all pieces go back to the correct spot.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen while cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind. The stove uses propane which burns different than gas and tends to lead to burnt food. We recommend putting the stove on medium and not high.
• Be careful not to wash food remains down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into the garbage cans. Be sure to wipe any grease from the pans to prevent it from going down the drain.
• To help the environment, please only switch on the dishwasher when it’s full and use the eco-program where possible.
• To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them.
• Please do not overload the washer/dryer.
• Please set all baseboard heat to 50 during the winter and make sure that all mini split units are turned off before leaving.
• DO NOT turn on cooling mode (AC) on the LG mini split units during the cold months. This will cause issues with the units.
• Please make sure you switch off lights, fans or any other small electrical appliances when you go out. The same applies to air-conditioning and heating – we’re an eco-friendly home!
• In the unlikely case of a power outage, the house has a generator that will start automatically.
