With so much to do and see, this will be your favorite vacation!

The space
The unit is on the left side of the modern duplex built in 2020. It is separated from other unit with a garage for increased privacy. The space would be perfect fit for traveling remote workers, it has two dedicated workstations and fast internet up to 1Gbps. Garage at this moment is not included in the lease.

Please be aware this home is close to downtown, and does have a mixture of housing types and businesses nearby.

This house is not designed for children, but children are welcome with their parents. Please note: there is no child safety equipment used in this house. The safety of the child(ren) will rest on the supervision of the parents.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access to entire house and backyard (through the side gate) but the garage used as a storage is off limits.

Garage at this moment is not included in the lease.

Pets 30lbs and under are allowed. Make sure to include them in your reservation request. Pets are $50. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by the pets.
