The cozy cottage is 15 minutes to our beautiful white sand beaches and mere minutes to central downtown. Very convenient to the Pensacola Bay center as well.

didn't spend much time at the property due to events we were there for, but it was perfect for what we needed. it met our needs way better than a hotel room would have.

Cutest little two bedroom

This property looks exactly like the photos. It’s very private being separate from the main house over the garage. We had the blinds open throughout our stay and it still felt very private. The natural light that came in through the ivy in the back gave it a very earthy vibe. And it’s a quiet neighborhood so we were able to get some rest. For us, it was centrally located between where we needed to go. So it was very convenient and we were able to have a great beach day without having to drive too far. We would definitely book again if available next time we come to the area.

Absolutely Perfect

We loved everything about this cottage. It made our vacation so much more special. It was within walking distance of downtown, close driving distance to other places we explored around P-cola. Close to Publix Supermarket. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided, it had all supplies needed for the week. It was just an awesome little place, perfect size for two to four people. The neighborhood was quiet. We got to enjoy the beautiful March FL weather on the porch which was a peaceful retreat each evening. We would not hesitate to book this place again.

Cozy and affordable

This house was such a cute and cozy little place to stay. It is perfectly located and the host provides towels and umbrella’s if the beach is where you are headed. The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely somewhere we would stay again when we head that way.

Brought my daughter up for Orientation. Location was perfect in between the beaches and UWF and downtown. Will book again!

My babies really loved it here. Just 4 minutes away from the Pensacola seafood fest and about 13 minutes away from my beach. Nice clean quiet area. Peaceful at night while sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of nature. I would definitely book again with no hesitation.

Great, cute, perfect spot for a getaway

Cute, clean and affordable :)

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable bed, full kitchen, good water pressure, and beach towels/umbrella. This made it easy to stay in our vacation budget. The manager was quick to respond and extremely kind. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back!

Clean and Cozy!

Very simple check in instructions, unit was very clean!! Beds slept very well. Great location. We did not encounter any problems at all. Thank you for the coffee pods and creamer to use in the Keurig!!

Peaceful getaway

The perfect amount of space, location was fantastic. Easy to get in and out of and was quiet. I would definitely book again. I have already begun recommending it to friends and family.

Great location and house but they need to keep up maintenance

Pros: -Area -Price -Friendly Cons: -AC issue -Air filters had not been changed in 3+ months -Cracks in ceiling and walls -I could not stay here due to first twoc cons since I had an infant and a toddler. If they keep up with the maintenance of this place, it is an awesome place to book. I am sure a single person would not mind the issues, but with a family not ideal unless the AC is working and I know the air coming through the ducts wont harm my kids.

Relaxing and quaint

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at this property. It has two rooms, but it was reasonably priced for just the two of us. This property is small, quaint, and very cozy. We found ourselves looking forward to returning to relax after a day of exploring Pensacola. The host was always a text away and was detailed and thorough on the check-in and check-out processes. The property is in the back of a home with permanent tenants, but it felt like we were in our own little world. The neighborhood is quiet with it being right off the main highway, leading to the bridge that crosses over Pensacola Bay. The location was perfect for us, and the restaurants and beaches were only a short drive away. We’re both 30 years old and not into the party scene, so it was nice to visit Pensacola Island and return to a very relaxing neighborhood and property. The kitchen is small, which wasn’t an issue for us because we wanted to try out the restaurants, but if you’re into cooking, it might not be ideal. The driveway is definitely steep, but it turned out not to be an issue for my compact SUV. We loved everything about this location and we look forward to booking again when we return to Pensacola!

Great little place, definitely recommend!

What a wonderful little bungalow! More amenities than I would have expected for its size, and very responsive host. Cute interior, very nicely decorated. Walking distance to several great restaurants. Two super comfortable beds, and nice touches throughout, with a little basket of Kuerig supplies in the kitchen and extra travel toiletry items in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, so you could certainly cook all your meals here. Couple of things to be aware of - there are no laundry facilities, seating is pretty limited in the living room, and the one bathroom (there is no additional half bathroom) is only accessible between the two bedrooms. Clear directions to check in with off-street parking, but be mindful when pulling into the driveway - a bit of an incline, low clearance. Check out is at 10 am, so you don't really have time to go get breakfast and come back. Super nice neighbors! All in all, great stay!
