Welcome to our beautiful Seaside Marco Island Condo located in the beautiful Olde Marco area of the island. The 32-condo Model Village Complex is conveniently located just one hour from Ft. Meyers International Airport (RSW) and two hours from Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) and Miami (MIA) airports. This beautiful and cozy condo unit is perfect for your quiet getaway. Complex is on a canal with 3 public docks excellent for docking your boat, fishing, kayaking or simply hanging out. Beautifully landscaped grounds, heated pool, clubhouse, and BBQ area are available for your use.
Close distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping. Within walking distance to happy hours and early dinning, bike, jet ski, golf cart, and boat rentals and just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Marco Island.
Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is located on the first floor. This is a nonsmoking unit offering the following amenities:

• Fully equipped kitchen
