Location, Location, Location.....
A beautifully renovated and professionally decorated one bedroom oasis located at San Marco Residences (3rd floor) on Marco Island. Our condo is directly across the street from the public beach access and steps from the soft sand. You can even see incredible sunsets over the Gulf from the third-floor balcony. Totally renovated with new appliances, furniture and comfortable bedding. And wait until you see the customized wall unit housing a new and comfortable queen sized Murphy bed. Tennis court, pool and grilling area make this a true get-away in paradise.
This condo is centrally located on Marco Island. Kitty corner from the gorgeous JW Marriott and right across the street from the beach with one of the few spots with free beach access. Fun restaurants, shops, and activities all within walking distance.

Free Wifi and assigned parking spot. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available on each floor. Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested.

**We own another condo in San Marco Residences (5th floor) for friends and/or extended family hoping to join you in paradise. (VRBO #1039867)

Perfect location and unit for a trip to Marco Island

Very good location - right across the street from the public access to the beach. The condo was recently remodeled and very nice. We would definitely stay again. The improvements, in my opinion, would be the living room furniture - uncomfortable. Also, let people know that the main coffee maker uses Keurig pods so they can come prepared to have a morning cup. One more thing - leave a couple of dishwasher pods. You ask people to run the dishwasher before they leave, but no pods. You don't want people to leave annoyed.

Comfortable and Great Location

The rental unit was quite spacious for us two empty nesters. Great balcony, kitchen, and living room spaces! Love the amenities the owners provided. All of this in a fantastic beach location.

Great location!

This condo was a lucky find after the Marriott sold out of rooms two months before I was to attend a conference there. It was a short walk to the hotel and to the beach.

Great memorial day weekend!

Really enjoyed the location and access to the beach across the street. The condo was clean and updated and it was furnished with everything you would need to enjoy a long weekend there.

awesome location!

We stayed here for a long weekend in November and attended a wedding at the JW Marriott. Location can't be beat as you are directly across from the beach access. Unit was clean and comfortable and we would definitely rent here again! Owner very responsive to questions etc.

Amazing vacation

We had a great stay at Ian’s place on Marco Island. We loved the location - just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was quiet, clean, and with friendly neighbors. The condo itself was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had all the amenities. We also liked the outdoor patio space. Nice to relax after a day at the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent many vacations visiting family in Marco Island. After falling in love with the area and with San Marco Residences we purchased our own piece of paradise in 2015.
San Marco Residences and our condo have the perfect location in a very well maintained condo property. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, movie theater AND the beach is directly in from of us with easy access.
