Seaview Apartment is located at Black Point Exuma Cays on the water with a dock in front, walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and food stores. It’s minutes away from the World Famous Swimming Pigs, Nurse Sharks, Iguanas, Thunderball Grotto, Sandbars and all of the other attractions we have to offer here in the Exuma Cays. You can get here via Titianair or Flamingo Air from Nassau or Watermakers Air from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida into Staniel Cay. We pick you up and drop off to and from the airport at Staniel at a cost. You can also book boat rental and tours with us.

Great little VRBO right in the middle of Black Point. Walking distance to everything. Host has rental golf cart if needed as well as boats. She picked us up from airport, gave us a tour of the island and dropped us off when we left. Can’t wait to go again in the spring.

Spectacular Stay in Paradise & Fantastic Host!

Our recent stay at Ida’s rental in Black Point, Bahamas, was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotless the home was, every corner was immaculate, from the pristine walls to the freshly laundered towels and linens. Ida’s attention to detail is unmatched.The property is perfectly situated right on the water, with a boat dock where we swam every single day. Ida arranged a fantastic boat for us that made exploring the area even more magical. We also had a brand new golf cart to cruise around the island, driving it to the nearby beach by the pink house was a highlight; that spot is truly spectacular! Ida also was very courteous to pick us up at the airport immediately after we landed. I highly recommend. Ida is a phenomenal host. Her communication was prompt and warm, and she went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. It felt like having a local friend looking out for us the entire time.This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Thank you, Ida, for making it so special — we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay

I had an amazing stay at Seaview Apartment, located just five miles south of the Swimming Pigs and Thunderball Grotto. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight was the stunning ocean view from the private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location is ideal for exploring local attractions, with the Swimming Pigs and Thunderball Grotto just a short drive away. The hosts were very accommodating and provided great recommendations for dining and activities. Overall, Seaview Apartment exceeded my expectations and made for an unforgettable getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene and memorable stay.

First and foremost this was very clean and comfortable! I love the dock right outside where we could keep our boat. Ida is is just so very nice! She is easy to talk to and she made sure we were comfortable ! This is the ONLY place we will stay on the future.

Black Point trip

We enjoyed the apartment. It was clean and Ida was super friendly and helpful. The wind was strong so Ida directed us to park our boat in a protected area and gave us a ride to and from that location. The apartment is a short walk to the Black Point Yacht Club. We will come again for sure.

Great Views & Friendly Vibes

This apartment was beautiful. It overlooks an anchorage full of friendly sailboats. The owner is responsive and attentive. The property is very clean and close to restaurants.

Best Location in Black Point!

We had the best time staying with Ida! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. We were lucky to stay with her. The property itself has the most incredible views. It is a perfect jumping off point for exploring the island. We had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Thank you again, Ida!
