Amazing villa in Orient bay, close to the beach with private pool

This villa is in prime location just behind the new KKO beach.
Terrace, pool and grill is fantastic ! Everything is new decorated and the outside patio is very confortable. The area very quiet and you are at 2 mn from the beach and 5 mn from the restaurants. You have 4 bedrooms so it is perfect for a family, couples or friends. You are sure to spend good Hollidays.
This villa is equipped with a cistern so no water cut possible

Intimate Family Wedding

Great host, perfect location, really enjoyed the home

Francios made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Location was perfect walking distance to all local beach bars, ice cream shops, and restaurants. Francios set us up with deals and gave great pointers. Looking forward to our next trip down.

Amazing

This is the perfect property! A block from the beach and the village. Super quiet and beautiful designed and decorated. Also very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed including extras like serving dishes and a martini shaker. We didn't go without and never had to contact the property manager all week. He checked in half way through our visit and came by to say hello by the time we left. If you're researching a place - stop here and book!

Family holiday in Orient Beach St. Martin

We took our 3 adult children to this villa over the holidays and they are asking to return next year. The villa was stunning. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds the AC units in each room and the well equipped kitchen. We chose this villa for the location which was perfect. We love Orient Beach and the villa is literally right behind one of the beach clubs making it quick and easy to pop back and forth. Francois met us for check in and check out and helped us with reservations at the beach clubs and restaurants which we really appreciated. He was readily available by text to answer questions and provide advice. There are markets and nice restaurants within walking distance and a large grocery store and the upscale dining of grand case within a 10 minute drive. It was a dream vacation for all of us and I can't wait to return.

Excellent location, 2 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to stores and nightlife. House was relaxing , quiet and very comfortable.Pool area is in great shape and provided great outdoor living for our entire vacation, pool always fresh and inviting. Management always attentive to our few needs.

Vacances à la plage

Vacances avec nos petits enfants dans un endroit calme et sécurisé . Cet endroit était idéal pour un séjour en famille avec tout à proximité . Les restaurants, la plage et quelques boutiques. Un seul jour de tourisme sur l’île de saint Martin parce que le soleil n’était pas au rendez vous sinon nous avons profité de la villa et de la plage .
