Inside you have 180 M2 and everything is new and renovated.
You have a large kitchen with full equipment, a large living room and the terrasse with fantastic view on the ocean.
The perfect place to spend amazing holliday !

Love this place and the Manager

Pefect place overseeing the beach, lounging on the deck, very spacious and clean. Everything is supplied. Second stay there, we loved it so much. Just beware there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the door.

Great View! Perfect Location!

I celebrated my 54th birthday with some girlfriends at Sunrise 21. It's perfect for friends or family since every bedroom has it's own separate bathroom. The living room / deck opens up to a gorgeous view of the beach. Sunrise 21 is located walking distance to the best restaurants in town. I will be coming back to stay at Sunrise 21.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed ten nights in December. Orient Beach is awesome. The beaches are great. The village is great. And this property is amazing. The ocean front balcony hosted many a morning and evening. Newly remodeled. Just a perfect spot. Francois was the consummate host and his connections around the island were extensive. He set up many reservations and had both great info and discounts at many of the best restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Incredible Place And Location

Location and property was 5 stars. Just outside Wai Plage where JR and Sebastian were absolutely incredible. Went during the off season so the beach was basically ours. 2 minute walk to the Orient Bay square with incredible food and service. Took a taxi to Grand Case and Sebastian got us a corner table to see an incredibale sunset. Can’t say enough about the property or location. other couples could not go that we booked with but kept it for just the 2 of us and was ABSOLUTELY worth it.

Fabulous vacation on Orient Beach

Ce condo est magnifique. The view, the ambiance, and the location are spectacular. Francois was so very gracious and helpful both before our arrival and during our entire stay. His recommendations for restaurants and activities were top notch. You will be in good hands here. Our holiday was simply fabulous. Also, a special shout out is in order for Francois' associate, JR at WAI Plage who treated us like royalty with beach chairs and the best food / drinks one could want. Salut ! Ed - Toronto, Canada

Great location

We thoroghly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all our favorite places to eat and beach. View of the ocean was perfect. Only issue was water and figuring out how to operate the shower knobs. Ran out of water a few times and had to wait. Not sure if this is an Orient Beach problem though. Everything was clean and all accessaries were available. Only one towel person and no wash cloths so had to do laundry a number of times. Manager apologized said we should have had 2 towels per person. Responsed to problems right away. Would go there again.. perfect location
