Inside everything is new and full equipped.
The area is very quiet and you will spend amazing Hollidays.

Excellent stay

Amazing villa. Very well equipped and furnished. Very beautiful view. The pictures reflects exactly what you will find. The hard part was to leave it and get back home.

Just Perfect

This home was stunning. The deck and view were outstanding, very clean home and excellent host. François was easily reachable and always happy to help. Would definitely go back.

Christmas in paradise

Francois met us at the property which was very welcoming. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of privacy and space to not be crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and tableware needed for comfortable eating. The plunge pool was a cool welcome after lounging on the sun chairs. The hot tub was also lovely at night to soak in. We all enjoyed the fantastic location to the beach and shoppers and grocery stores. We definitely want to come back and stay again! Thank you so much for the hospitality Francois!

Fabulous villa in beautiful location!

We're a family of four (19 + 17 year old "kids") and have just returned from a brilliant holiday in Anse Marcel. The villa was really comfortable - three large bedrooms with double beds (each bedroom had fabulous AC), a really well-equipped kitchen, great sitting room and TV and spacious deck with plunge pool, hot tub, dining table and sitting area. We spent plenty of time at the villa lounging outside and enjoying the view. We also loved the short walk down to Anse Marcel beach (our favourite beach), eating at the restaurants in Anse Marcel (the one on the beach is amazing) and hiking to Petite Caye. Francois was a brilliant host - he met us to show us how to get to the villa and how to get around, and was very prompt in answering any questions we had before the holiday and whilst we were in St. Martin. We wish we were still there!

Très beau logement

Nous avons passé un tres bon moment dans cette villa, tout était parfait, le lieu, la décoration de la maison, la piscine, le jaccuzzi et la vue, une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Anse Marcel.
