This was a very nice home. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The home was in a nice neighborhood. We had an enjoyable stay.

Disappointing Stay – Property Did Not Meet ExpectationsThe home is located in a nice neighborhood, conveniently close to shopping centers, with a sports park directly across the street. Unfortunately, the bright lights from the park shone through the curtains at night, which was bothersome.While the listing photos made the property look beautiful and well-maintained, the actual condition of the home was quite disappointing. We were expecting a clean, comfortable, model-home-like experience, but that was not what we found.The home was not as clean as we had anticipated. The kitchen was poorly stocked, with very limited dishes, glasses, and cookware. There was no casual dining table in the kitchen, only an oversized formal dining room table seating eight or more. The family room furniture had a musty odor, and the bed linens and bathroom towels appeared worn, mismatched, and not particularly clean.The kitchen sink had multiple stains and an unpleasant odor resembling stale garbage. Additionally, we experienced issues with the water not getting sufficiently warm in both the kitchen and bathrooms, making showering and washing dishes uncomfortable.The backyard was another disappointment. Rather than being an inviting outdoor space to relax or entertain, it appeared neglected, with dirt, weeds, and dying plants.Overall, the property has potential and is in a desirable location, but it needs significant attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest amenities.
