Great location in South Boulder! Walkable to Table Mesa Shopping Center (world famous Neptune's Mountaineering; local restaurants, Whole Foods); Close to local trails with easy access to Pearl Street, CU, and Folsom Field. This 3-bedroom home, +dedicated office, has everything to make your Boulder vacation memorable, comfortable, and convenient. Modern and open with high-end linens, kitchen, beds, and bathrooms. There are three decks/patios for outdoor dining and relaxing. BIPOC/LGBTQ+welcome

Minimum stay: 2 nights
Maximum stay: 29 days (per Boulder licensing regulations)

Coffee for your first morning along with creamer, sugar, and all sugar substitutes. (coffee maker & French press)
A nice tea selection is provided.

Outdoor space: Front and back patios (seasonal furniture); balcony with views off primary bedroom. Large fenced yard.

2 Streaming TVs: Hulu; Netflix; Disney+; Paramount+ with Showtime; HBO Max; CW; Peacock; and Apple TV

South Boulder: Close to CU, Trails, Whole Foods, Local Breweries, Neptune's Mountaineering, Chautauqua. It's a safe, quiet, single-family neighborhood with views of the Flatirons. Short drive to Pearl Street and all famous Boulder highlights.

Getting around
We have 2- parking spaces in the driveway and plentiful front of house, street parking. Easy driving and Uber/Lyft around Boulder. Multiple bike, walking, and hiking trails within a short distance. Bus stops are less than a block away. Easy access from US-36 and 40-minutes to Denver International Airport; 35 minutes to Downtown Denver.

I can't believe I took so long to respond to this review. This is a wonderful gem of a house. It is beautiful and comfortable. Our family enjoyed gathering together on the occasion of our nephew's wedding. We had a very restful and pleasant time reuniting and enjoying such a lovely home that is so well decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Our host was very thoughtful in designing, decorating and supplying her home with all the essentials for a very relaxing and quiet haven from a busy life and even a busy weekend of wedding events. We are so grateful and hope that we can revisit this home and take in more of the benefits of Boulder. Neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. Thank you again, for your superb hospitality!

An amazing comfortable home! Quiet neighborhood close to campus. Everyone slept comfortably in the foam mattress beds. Fully stocked kitchen . We enjoyed the deck and backyard while grilling. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic VRBO, and I can recommend it highly! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the property and its amenities.The home itself is beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with cozy touches that make it feel like a true retreat. The spacious layout allows for plenty of room to relax, and the natural light streaming in through the windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful amenities provided. From fluffy towels and delightful coffee and teas - every detail was taken care of. The outdoor space was a delightful bonus, featuring a lovely patio where I enjoyed my morning coffee surrounded by nature. Communication with the host was exceptional and responsive, with one of the best local guides ever. Overall, my experience at this property was nothing short of wonderful. Absolutely perfect spot especially if you have to go to Pearl street often. We came in town for a wedding and it was perfect! Super clean & the property was stocked with things we needed. The host was super friendly, will definitely stay again!

Great house and location

For our first time ever in Colorado, this property was the best. Very centrally located to all the things. We visited Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver to see a Colorado Rockies game and were within 1.5 miles of the University of Colorado. The property it self was beautiful and well taken care of. Definitely would return.

Exactly as advertised

Location was a big thing for me as my step daughter lives about 1.5 miles away. House was immaculate and everything up to linens on the beds was top notch. It snowed exactly a beer cans worth on Friday overnight into Saturday, and the walks were shoveled that day. Most everything in Boulder is about fifteen minutes by car.

This home is in a great location with views. Close to CU, Table Mesa shopping center (world famous Neptune's Mountaineering), hiking, biking, and walking trails. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Boulder, Denver, and the mountain town of Boulder County.

We've thought of every detail to ensure comfort, from bamboo sheets and Turkish towels to anti-microbial pillow/mattress covers. If you have additional requirements, we will try to make sure you have what you need. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies are all available. Even you first morning coffee/tea is available so you aren't scrambling upon arrival.
