🛌 3. Guest Bedroom 2 (downstairs) — Queen bed, peaceful retreat, access to shared full bathroom.
🛌 4. Bunk Room — Twin-over-full bunk bed, shares full bath with Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3. Great for families.

🅿️ Heated Driveway — Fits up to 4 standard vehicles comfortably. No garage for rental guests, but all patios and walkways are heated. This is a duplex — Unit B is your rental. No shared spaces with Unit A.
🐶 Dogs Welcome — We know they`re family too. Up to 2 dogs under 60 lbs each. $175/dog; $500 deposit required (released after checkout if no damage).
