Spacious and Clean 2BR Home in Utah Valley

Our amazing Place is an open-concept bsmnt with a private entrance. INCLDS: a main bedroom with King bed, pack n play available, & designated work space, 2nd bedroom has a Queen, a twin over twin bunk, an XL twin bed, and a comfy floor pad. Full bath, laundry room, kitchen, and lg family room w/ Qu sofa sleeper. We are excited to share our space & hope you love it here! We are located in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes away from both BYU & UVU and 20-60 MINUTES AWAY FROM 4 SKI RESORTS!!

The space:
We hope you will find this clean, beautiful 1650 sq ft open concept space welcoming and comfortable.

Guest access
You will have full access to this spacious 2 bedroom basement with full bathroom, living room, kitchen, large pantry and private laundry room. Large grassy areas outside available & potentially shared.

Other things to note:


**If our calendar does not show the dates available that you'd like, feel free to reach out; we may be able to open dates for you. I have most Sundays blocked because we have family dinner upstairs most Sundays and the grandchildren are not quiet as they enjoy each other's company. If you don't think this will bother you, you are usually welcome to include Sundays as part of your stay.**

Please remove shoes indoors.

Absolutely no alcohol, smoking, vaping or illegal substances allowed on premises.

We leave homemade brownies on the kitchen table to welcome each of our guests. These have been very popular and appreciated. We would love to have you come enjoy the brownies & see and experience our Amazing Space for yourself!

Great Property

It was perfect for what we needed. Added bonus that there was breakfast there for us (oatmeal and granola bars) as I had not made a plan for that. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

spacious basement VRBO, great views

This was a very spacious basement apartment in Lindon Utah close to stores and restaurants. The view of the mountains was very relaxing. Host was accommodating and helpful in answering questions. Definitely would stay there again!

Excellent stay

This was the cleanest, most well-stocked VRBO for the pricepoint, that we've ever stayed in - and weve stayed in VRBOs all over the US from Washington state to Florida. Very safe neighborhood, close to everything. Owner was great w/communication. Our highest recommendation - we look forward to & will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Find

We loved this place. The host created a beautiful space with a generously stocked kitchen and bathroom. She honestly thought of everything. The home was very clean and comfortable. It is definitely a great place for families as there were many games, books, puzzles and even a fun hidden away toy area.

So Many Extras

This is one of our favorite vacation rentals. Host was so welcoming and accomodating. Place was spacious, clean, and inviting. So many extras: games, books, toy room under the stairs, etc. We love so much about this rental and hope to come back again.

Amazing space , extremely comfortable!

The bedrooms are enormous and the beds are very comfortable. Everything is labeled and extremely easy to find and use. Every comfort was thought of and provided. It’s clear that the hosts love what they do and want to provide the best experience possible. I 100% would recommend and this will be my first choice when I come back to this area.

Incredible hosts! The home is bright and smells nice (clean) upon entry. You know it’s going to be well maintained when guests are asked to remove shoes upon entering. Personally wish more places had that rule. Brownies waiting to welcome us on the table! A kitchen and bathroom stocked with all the essentials and then some! Clean, comfy beds. My kids loved the toys and board games. I wish we could find another reason to come back through Lindon just so we can stay here again.

Wonderful property!

Very comfortable and clean. Family oriented property. They left us a plate of brownies on the dining room table when we checked in! Very organized. The location was wonderful and easy to navigate the local area. Communication with host was very easy and quick. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommend this property and host!

Quiet, spacious and comfy basement in Utah County

We loved our stay in Lindon. The basement apartment was very spacious with a bedroom for the parents and a bedroom with beds for our children. Everything was immaculate. The hosts made it easy to find anything we needed by labeling all of the cupboards and bins. Communication was very good--our host was just a text away if we had any questions. And we loved the surprise treats waiting for us when we checked in. If we are in Utah County again, we will stay here because it is a nice central location to all the different activities in the area and close to grocery stores and dining.
