Washer/dryer. Central A/C. Cozy Fireplace. Work desk with monitor and lightning fast internet. Perfect for a single or a couple visiting the area. Plenty of parking. Brand new & beautiful. Longer stays discounted (weekly 10%, monthly 20%)! Early check-in and late check-out almost always available at no added cost.

Very lovely acommodating studio!

Great little place! We studied 3 nights and 4 days. It's clean comfy and quiet. Owner is very kind and accommodating.

A Property A Stay

Staying in this studio was such a pleasure. Unlike other places I’ve stayed, I could not find even a minor thing that wasn’t available or accessible. My own thermostat made it feel like home, the bed and furniture were very comfy, the kitchen was as clean as every other part of the studio, and I felt safe because of the security that was obvious. This will be my home away from home every time I come to Provo. Thank you to Mark for being a great host! I’m so glad I found your studio.

Perfect little bungalow

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect, cozy spot for us to unwind in our down time. Very comfortable bed and kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed.

Lovely Stay

We had a great stay and Mark was very good at communication. The upstairs neighbors were quite loud in the middle of the night, but ear plugs were provided. The snow on our car was scraped off when we went to leave in the morning, that was a nice surprise. Thank you!
