Completely renovated in (2021/2022), fully furnished 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house even allows a group of 12 relatives to live comfortably and lavishly! SLEEPS 12 ADULTS IN BEDS! Maximum 12 occupancy, excluding children under 3 yrs old! No more than 2 additional guests are allowed without notifying host.

We are only a 15 minute drive away from the iconic Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach. The immediate area/neighborhood is a great place for walking, jogging, or bike riding for the whole family.

MANDATORY GUEST REGISTRY: prior to checkin, guest who booked property MUST PROVIDE host with full (first and last) names of all guests 18+ yrs old. This can be inputted into the "Booking Details/Guest Reservation Details" OR guests can send this list as a direct message to host. Maximum 12 guests, excluding children under 3 yrs old. No more than 2 additional guests are allowed without notifying host. These are all strict requirements of Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources Short Term Vacation Rentals.
