2025 Season Just Opened for booking!

Enjoy your own private paradise at Coastal Breeze on Hutchinson Island! Beautifully updated 2 Bed/3 Bath. Experience amazing water views of the intracoastal with floor to ceiling windows while you spend quality time with your friends and family. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on your own private patio as you look across the mile wide Indian River.

Unique property layout supports single family or couples vacationing together with a kitchen on each floor, 3 bathrooms, and a bedroom upstairs and downstairs. Sleeps 6 (King, Queen, Full Sofa Bed), includes 2 parking spots and access to the amenities of Nettles Island.

Guests to Coastal Breeze can enjoy the many benefits of Nettles Island, including 2 pools, hot tubs, mini-golf, tennis, and pickleball. The main clubhouse has its own dining restaurant, pool table, ping pong, racquetball/handball courts, shuffleboard, and basketball. In addition guests also have access to Nettles Island Beach pool pavilion on the Atlantic Ocean with lifeguard, bathrooms, and showers. Nettles Island is a gated resort community with 24/7 manned security with its own Marina which includes a restaurant, hair salon, massage spa, and even its own grocery store.

Coastal Breeze is a single family home directly on the Indian River which includes Free WiFi for your laptops, tablets, & cell phones. There are 3 Smart Flatscreen TVs to enjoy your favorite streaming. Main living room has full cable package television channels included. Additional house amenities include coffee pots, Keurig, fully stocked kitchenware, fridge in each kitchen with icemaker, linens and towels, hand lotions, soap, toiletries, and beach chairs. No Smoking and No Pets.

perfect spot

Great place to stay. Owner was great and very responsive to any concern. House was absolutely wonderful, very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. Hope to stay there again.

Sunset paradise

We were looking for a place with a bit of wow factor and we found it! This place faces due west on the Indian river. The sunsets and the view are spectacular. This place is well appointed and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

great clean place on the water

Place was very clean and nice, with newer dock, some beach supplies available which was a plus. Very attentive when we called. Will stay again next year.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay at this property, the views are spectacular, the house is great for a large family and the owners are top notch! Our kids caught lots of fish and sharks, we saw manatees and dolphins and oh the sunsets!! Beautiful!!

This place is perfect for a family vacation. Right on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Excellent fishing. My grandkids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend this place

Beautiful river view.

This home was better than expected. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the river was fantastic. We will definitely come back again next year.

Perfect

We travel to Nettles every year and have rented several different properties. Coastal Breeze is by far the best. Very clean, spacious and excellent view of the river.

Beautiful - Peaceful - Sunsets with Dolphin Pods Passing By..

Spacious, perfectly decorated, island kitchen for those that want to cook but be a part of what’s happening in the living room. Views are incredible, 3 full baths, washer and dryer, everything you need, even another kitchen downstairs to store extra food if needed for Holiday or family reunion stays!!!

This place was place to remember. It's a place away from home . The community is fantastic with many activities to enjoy. The Beach is a walking distance! This property is EXCELLENT! I am ready to book it again next year! Love it!!

as close to on the water as you can get

Nice, roomy home. Kitchen and bedroom on each floor. Beautiful new dock for sunbathing. Easy access to beach provided by community. Two pools. Security. Plenty of windows to enjoy views of the water and the sunset. Great restaurants nearby.

Coastal Breeze

The coastal breeze was absolutely wonderful! The floor plan was perfect for us. The home was very clean and well stocked. The views were amazing, we saw a ton a dolphins and manatee. The location was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors. All around a 5 star! The host were extremely responsive and gracious to let us stay on such short notice.

Amazing!

The photos don’t do this home justice! The house is open, airy and bright with incredible views of the intercoastal. Nettles is a very active community with fantastic amenities but this home is really the best of both worlds because it felt quiet and private at the house since the only neighbors behind us were the fish in the intercostal! 😂. Having 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens was a definite bonus. The house was very well stocked and the hosts even blessed us with a welcome “snack basket” with healthy and sweet treats to enjoy during our stay. Communication with the host was easy, friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!
