Difficult host
The check in process went well. I would say would just need to update the new location of the lock box stated. First day we did notice the place wasn’t cleaned. I know the towels were washed since we found them in the dryer. The rules also stated that a gardener comes to clean up but we noticed the backyard was full of weeds so we couldn’t really enjoy the backyard since our little likes to run around outside. Overall the house was nice. Had to shorten the trip due to some concerns. Host was understanding at first. Originally was going to stay a month but we just finished the work week instead while we find another home. Host agreed to refund the remaining 3 weeks. However, once we left to another home, a refund was not issued. Instead Kim changed the date of checkout and the nightly fee so it would look as if the 6k that I paid was for 10 days and not 30 days. Out of the years I been with vrbo and Airbnb I never dealt with a host like this. Would not stay here again.
