A wonderful Florida break

Summerhouse is a soul renewing vacation spa! The staff is excellent! Special kudos to “Freddy” who helped us through several minor glitches with a very cheery and positive attitude! The location is perfect! Our unit was truly delightful! Whoever was in charge of the weather did an outstanding job! We loved our stay and plan to return next year. The only issue that dampened our stay was the balcony repair that lasted all month and destroyed the otherwise peaceful quiet we have come to expect. If warned we probably would not have come this year. A rental discount would have made the aggravation considerably more bearable! We hope that next year will be without construction noise because we so enjoy our stays.
