Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers lovely pond views and alfresco dining. There's also a balcony with additional seating. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Find the epitome of comfort in the spacious main bedroom, boasting a large closet and a lovely en suite bathroom. For convenience, a washer/dryer is provided.

To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
*The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests four and older to use the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who purchase amenity passes must do so on-site.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
